Corvette Cafe

This place is an absolute gem. The owner and chefs are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet, and you will be amazed at how good the food is! You would not believe a car dealership cafe would put food this good in front of you. I've never been even close to disappointed with the food or service. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Interesting location inside a Chevy dealership. Don't let that deter you. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and nicely presented. Biscuits and gravy was perfect texture and studded with chunks of sausage just the way it should be. Link sausage was flavorful and the eggs were cooked as requested. Hubby had the Stingray, corned beef hash, crispy hash browns eggs and English muffins and his eggs came out over medium just as he likes. Don't put on the salt and pepper until you taste everything. It was spiced just right from the kitchen. They cook to order and will adjust the dish to your request. Serve yourself coffee was tasty. This will be a keeper in our breakfast rotation.

What a fun establishment in the middle of the Greg Young Chevrolet dealership. A true hidden gem. The food was delish. I had the Split Window (2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 French toast, 2 sausage links, 2 bacon strips, 2 butter and 2 syrup). Others in the party had omelets, Garbage Breakfast, and biscuits & gravy. All the food was excellent, hot and tasty. Nice menu selections and also offered custom meal orders. Coffee was free!

Was having my oil changed at Volvo and was hungry and since it would be over a hour I figured, go get my son and I some lunch. The techs at Volvo mentioned they have good tots. Alright, super relaxed and no pressure when you walk through the door, someone to greet you and help you right away. We had never been there so no idea what to think or do. We find the Cafe and the gentlemen there are so helpful, have great positive attitudes and great customer service! Breakfast all day! I love it! Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Will definitely go back and check out a new car while I'm enjoying the Cafe! Thank you for the great experience!!

Visited the corvette cafe today after seeing a tiktok video review. What a hidden gem this restaurant is! They will make you anything you want from the menu and they are happy to accommodate any request as long as they have the ingredients on hand. The food was delicious - I ordered the taco salad with a slight modification. The portion was so large it looked like I barely touched it. The salsa was *chefs kiss*. And speaking of the chef, Ryan is a treasure! He spent time sharing the menu and possible options/substitutions, some of his professional experiences,  but most of all he made my dad and I feel so incredibly welcomed.

This restaurant is located inside a car dealership, which is odd, but totally works! Kids walked around and looked at the cars while we waited for food. Food was good, and the service was great. Super accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond!

Ryan and his team knocked it out of the park! We called for a group of 10 people and upon our arrival, the table was ready. Food was great and the service provided was excellent! They came around 3 times to check on our table. Tell your friends !!

The food was amazing! Everyone was very friendly! I recommend that everyone goes here. It is a simpler style of food, but it is homemade!
I was completely surprised that it is actually inside the dealership. At first, I thought I was lost because my GPS told me I had arrived at my location, but there was no sign for the Cafe on the outside of the dealership. But I just went inside to ask and everyone was very kind to show us where it was.

More than just a waiting room amenity, this restaurant is legit and stands on its own as a destination. The servers are friendly and justifiably proud of their product. Seating was ample. Parking is available just outside the dealership entrance (Google Maps will get you there, and yes, the cafe is inside the Gregg Young Chevrolet dealership). Maybe add a couple more TVs to complete the product.
