Victorias Tacos

Way better tacos than the other often talked about Mexican Restaurant down here in Kuna. Loved the Carnitas, Adobada and Chorizo. Carne Asada was also really good. Lengua was ok, Tripa was much softer than I like, even after asking for them to make it crispy. Tripa aside, these are great tacos. Two tortillas, lots of cilantro and onion, grilled jalapeño cost extra and really helps. The salsa verde is ok, but doesn't have any heat to it. The jalapeños help.

My daughter and I stopped here for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised! Tacos are on the small side but are super delicious! Awesome salsa verde as well 😋 Ate outside in the shade at their table. It was pretty clean but the flies were horrible. They could have a $20 fan outside to keep flies away and the patrons would have a more pleasant experience. Next time I will try their homemade horchata.

So so so good. Friendly service - she answered all of my questions about the menu. Fast service. And did I mention how good it was? We had street corn, tacos and quesabirrias (sp?) - I highly recommend those!

This place lives up to the hype! We aren't usually in Kuna so I did a quick search for food trucks and saw everyone's rave reviews of this place. We stopped during the lunch rush and still had our food in under 10 min. We ordered a burrito mexicano with barbacoa, 2 adovada tacos and 2 quesabirria tacos for about $25 (December 2023). Everything was AMAZING, especially the adovada and the grilled onions & jalapeños in the burrito!! Authentic, good value, and yummy red salsa. We will be back if we are in the area again!

My partner and I ordered nachos and 6 tacos(3 carnitas and 3 adobada) with the guacamole salsa for $20.14 and I feel that the amount of food was abundant and quality amazing, especially for the price. It stuffed our stomachs and even left us with a taste for more, despite being as full as we were. No doubt in my mind that we will be back many more times and look forward to each one. Very happy the weather is taking a cooler turn so we may see more of this amazing food. Photo just to show we cleaned out EVERYTHING.

If you want authentic Mexican food, this is the place. I have had the burritos, tacos, and quesadillas all of which are amazing. This is def one of mine and my families fav. places to go when we don't feel like cooking. I highly recommend. Food is delicious, service is great, and its a really cool outdoor environment.

Once you eat at this Taco Truck you will always eat at this taco truck and when you eat at another truck you will be comparing it to Victorias Tacos. I have been eating there since day 1 and it’s only getting better!

I've been coming here off and on for years, now. I've tried all of the taco trucks in Kuna, and always gravitate back to this one. It's homemade. S'pose you could say it's Trailer made, but you catch my just. True - Authentic - Mexican - Food! Delicious food and curtious service. It will take around 8 minutes for an order of 2 items. Not bad in my book!

No photo of the food unfortunately because I couldn’t put the burrito down. Hands down some of the best Mexican I’ve had in a while. I got the asada Mexican burrito that had jalapeños in it. So good! I’ll have to try some other items next time and post some photos

To me, this is perfect Mexican food! I know everyone in town obsesses over that other place down the road, but no. Victoria's Tacos is the best Mexican food I've had in my life. Their burritos are massive, full of meat, and everything is seasoned just right. The street tacos are excellent, especially lengua. Everything is priced at a great value for the amount of food you get. This is the place I take friends & family for Mexican when they're in town.

If you are going to Kuna, or just passing through, Victoria's permanently installed food truck on Main Street is a must stop for a large portion lunch of authentic Mexican food. I've had the enchiladas and the nachos, and I will keep coming back to try some of their other mouthwatering specialties. You don't need to stand in line for a table at Enrique's when Victoria's satisfies that Mexican food craving.

One of the few places in the Treasure Valley that serves tripas. If you know, then you know. Make sure you order your burrito without rice and beans as they can be a little generous with those. Carne asada quesadillas are good too. My wife always gets her tacos de pollo.

Best Mexican in Kuna hands down!
Man, this takes me back to sitting around a kitchen where the grandmas and moms are all cooking. Wow, very authentic, not bland or tasteless like others in Kuna, extremely drool worthy and worth every cent. This should be the local go to mexican spot lol. I will be back here many many many times and thank you for being local, so I don't have to cook or drive to Meridian/Nampa/Boise just to get my mexican food kick!! THANK YOU!
