Great helpful store, where is cycle the oil when we do an oil change on our vehicles there. They also check the error codes if you have the check engine light on. Need to support our local stores more and more

Jordan the night manager is very helpful. He tested my battery, looked over the vehicle with me to assure me that nothing was drawing power from the battery. However, the battery is 13 months old and is under warranty. My mechanic said that the battery cannot hold a charge. The auto zone charged it out. Thank you

Last night, September 2nd, I received the best service from the two gentlemen working very close to closing time (I was in around 9:30pm). I wish I’d have gotten their names. My girlfriends battery crapped out late in the day. Us going out of town extremely early today, I really needed to get this solved quickly. The battery I needed had just arrived at the shop, they searched, and grabbed it off the pallet for me knowing they had it in stock. This close to close, a Saturday of a holiday weekend, they could’ve very easily told me to kick rocks, must be some sort of system glitch, and we actually don’t have it, after the battery wasn’t on the shelf and they didn’t. Hooked me up with some rubber gloves as well as I was working with a deeply corroded battery. These two were truly lifesavers and I couldn’t have drawn up a better experience. Very rarely do I post any sort of review, but I hope this simply reaches the right people so these two can be recognized and know how much they saved my weekend!

Wow! Unexpected service! A cover on the undercarriage of my car was dragging and I went to AutoZone to see if I could get the screws I needed to repair it myself. The guy working there went out to my car to see what the problem was, went back in the store and got tools to remove one of the fasteners, fixed the car! What?! Thank you so much for the service. I’ll make sure all of my friends know what a great experience I had for the price of a few fasteners.

They are lifesavers. Franklin said my battery was so messed up he almost turned me away. He could’ve, I know nothing about cars but when he showed me my battery it looked really bad. There was a lot of build up. However, Franklin was patient and decided to help me anyways. I prayed the whole time that it could get fixed right there. He did it, and I am so grateful to autozone staff.

I was in dire need of a new battery for my car and I called Auto Zone after having issues with another auto parts store. The store manager Dan was very helpful and had my entire transaction done in less than 20 minutes. Dan was a knight in shining armor for this damsel in distress and he is truly appreciated. Ally and Daniel I believe are the ones who helped me with my air filters for my Chevy Cruze! They were super professional, I asked who would be able to replace my filters in the city and Daniel stepped up and replaced my engine filter right then and there and it was just amazing that they both went above and beyond to help me. Ally helped me find another location to get a product I needed and I just appreciate how patient they were with me and explained everything I needed. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable and super easy! Highly recommend this store; every experience I have with these employees are beyond expectations. My number one Auto Zone store!!!

Good people here! Slight misunderstanding in the beginning which continued with positive attitudes/conversation until this team found a resolution for me, the customer. Hard to find a team like this that works together to make sure they stay in compliance with company policy and seek client success at the same time. They also performed their due diligence in a timely manner.

The store manager Daniel is AMAZING. I came in for a license plate bracket as I just moved from a state that doesn't require 2 plates. He took the time to make sure I got the right part (not even from his store) and had amazing customer service. Thank you for helping me and going beyond the call 💯

The staff here was very friendly. Zach W helped us with replacing a headlight that was a real pain to get to and he was above and beyond helpful and nice Spent a long time out in the cold with my husband working on getting things apart , changed out and put back together! We were very impressed with him and his willingness to go above and beyond! Will definitely be loyal auto zone customers due to our great experience with them.

Staff are always very helpful!! Sometimes going into a part store as female can feel a little stressful. I never find staff to be pushy. Always very friendly. They also have a self checkout now available so allows for pretty much contactless shopping if you wish!!

Recently I've made several trips to the Maple street Autozone in Omaha, Nebraska for brake parts, plugs and other items. All of the staff there have been very nice and knowledgeable! I've never had to wait in line but they always do seem busy. 1 time I was there, an employee was changing a battery for a customer. They quickly checked my battery, starter and alternator for me for free as well.

Had a warranty ran on my brake pads. I forgot the receipt at home. They took care of it because they remember me stopping in recently to get them and found the warranty record quickly.

Very clean, professional place! And the prices are very good!

Travis from the store was so helpful!! I went in looking for a low beam head light bulb, once heard I don't know how to replace the bulb by myself, Travis helped me to change the bulb in the cold parking lot and made sure it's working.

I have stopped by several times this past 30 days to get engine codes, a battery checked, and a part. Every time the staff is so nice, helpful, and informative! I wish I could name all four of the staff members, but I don’t remember their names.

Zach was amazing and so helpful. My daughter's front turn signal light had come loose and was dangling off the front bumper. Zach came out, took the screw out of the other side, found the correct screw size for me and once I purchased he then went out and put the screws in place and fixed the light. ABOVE and Beyond customer service. THANK YOU SO MUCH ZACH! Give that man a raise please.
