The 142nd amd Q store was very helpful on a battery return - only after the store on Center refused the return. The manager, Daniela is great. She was willing to go out of her way to help. Great store.

Due to his leadership, they go above & beyond as well as understands my company’s needs that can be quite demanding at times. I’m amazed at the knowledge he has as well as his tenacity to find some hard to find parts, provides constant communication & manages to come through for us even through the most challenging times. The Auto Zone in Millard is conveniently located on Q Street. I stopped in to get new wiper blades for my car. Employees were very helpful in explaining the different blade types and helped me select the right blades for my car. They even installed the blades for no extra charge. The guy that put the blades on my car was Geo. It was windy and freezing cold outside but he was super helpful and friendly as he replaced the wiper baldes. This was my third visit to AutoZone and I've always been happy with the service as well as the selection of products and the prices. I'll continue to return to AutoZone for all of my auto parts needs. If my review was helpful please click thumbs up.

I had a great experience with Jr at the Q street store in Omaha! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me replace my battery and is now a big reason. Why I’ll keep coming back to this store. A very good employee!

Decent prices. Usually find what I need and if that store don't have it, another store usually does.

Needed a new battery asap, and called the store to make sure they had one for my car's make and model in stock even though I wasn't entirely sure which battery that was. The woman I spoke to on the phone was patient and helpful, and when I went into the store for the battery and install, she and the male employee who helped me were great. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and will absolutely be back to this location and recommend it to others.

The customer service is absolutely great. One of the managers named Devin was great. He helped me switch out my battery and offered some grease so it wouldn't corrode. I always choose this location over the competitors.

Employees at this autozone will stop at nothing to help a customer! Stopped in today to ask if they could help me remove a broken, rusted screw from my car so I could replace my license plate. A few employees came out to see what they could do and when they couldn’t get it, they called their manager to help. When their manager couldn’t get it, they called another person to help! They stood outside with me in the freezing cold and snow for the better part of an hour helping me get that broken screw out of my car. Then, they helped me buy new screws to replace it. I was so grateful that they were willing to help me out during such a stressful time. As a young woman whose dad recently passed away, I had no idea what to do and nobody else who could help me with this issue. I was brought to tears by their generosity and determination to get my problem solved, I cannot say thank you enough!

Eric the delivery drivers amazing. He is so polite and very helpful. Thought I'd give him a thumbs up and hope management sees he is a asset not a liability working for them.

Francisco Guitierrez the store manager was awesome. I came in to replace my battery and he caught a vacuum leak in my system that I wouldn’t have caught and that the dealership seemed to have missed the last time I brought it in. These guys are thorough and I will be coming back regularly!

Great service from Fransicso G. His battery tester wasn’t working but he said he could check my battery. He checked the colts which was only 10%. Got me a new battery & installed it right away. Friendly & courteous!

I bought cam shaft position sensor, here but picked up on 24th vinton and replaced in parking lot in 10 minutes. Easy to change out....no line when I went inside, and that's about it.. no problem here. This is the part I changed in photo, only thing I am gonna say is said 8mm but my bolt was 7mm. Also I didn't need to remove airbox like some videos say, but I think maybe some f-150 are diffferent. That's about it. I had the tools in my truck..almost $30 for the part and 10 minutes of my time. How much do you think a shop would charge~? Hmmm..bye

After having my car jump started at work, I went to the nearest Auto Zone. I asked if they could install a battery in my car. They told me since there were only 2 people working, they wouldn’t have time. I called a few different places nearby, none of them were able to accommodate. I called the Auto Zone on Q street, about 15 minutes away. The man who answered the phone, Colin (I believe), was friendly and said to come on in. At the store I was helped by Fransico. After successfully installing my battery, he noticed had a mud flap hanging from the bottom of my Jeep. He asked me to wait while he went back in the store as he had “just the thing to fix it” and he did. I will be returning to this Auto Zone location for all of my future needs because of him.

Ethan and Junior were both so amazing, we had a battery die and they helped us so much in the process. Absolutely amazing.
