Walgreens Pharmacy

This used to be a good pharmacy. Not sure what happened. They never answer the phone, or put you on hold until it hangs up. I’ve went without my meds due to them entering it in the computer wrong. Takes HOURS to fill a script when Walmart can do it in 30 or less. My patience has run out after 8 years

Several times it says prescription ready but not there

I'm not sure why but for almost 3 months they have managed to get absolutely none of the meds correct and don't stop long enough to be very helpful

I don't recommend this pharmacy if you'd like your prescription in a timely manner. I went to pick up 5 hours after my prescription was called in and was told it wasn't ready but it would be in an hour. 4 hours later it still wasn't ready. I tried calling and no one would pick up. Publix tried calling them to have my prescription transferred and they also couldn't get anyone on the phone.

Don't usually leave bad reviews. Pulled up to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled for my 4 year old. The woman helping me was super awesome, helpful, and friendly. I had a few questions about the medication. One question I asked she couldn't answer and grabbed the Dr on duty. This woman came to the window and was very rude. I asked her the question and she was very annoyed and rude with her tone and explanation. She made me feel Iike I asked the stupidest question and that I was completely wasting her time. Won't be going back. I don't want to feel like a complete idiot and let someone ruin my morning because I asked her a question while she was on duty working. Very disappointed.

My Husband had a tooth pulled Monday at 11:45 am, we brought his prescription to Walgreens to get it filled at 12:30 pm and was told it would be ready in an hour. I asked the girl what the price was going to be since he didn’t have insurance she said she’d find out so we sat in the line for 30 minutes waiting on an answer that we NEVER GOT. I ended up telling her to not worry about it that we would find out when we came to pick it up how much it would cost. And we went home. Waited 5 hours and went to pick it up to be told it STILL wasn’t ready. Was told it would be another 45 minutes! We went back home (my husband is in so much pain at this point) I gave him some ibuprofen to help with the pain. We waited another hour and a half and called to be told once again that it still wasn’t ready! That they would call him when it’s ready. Well today is WEDNESDAY at 2:50pm and they still haven’t called! One of his prescriptions is for amoxicillin which he needs to help prevent infection! So they can’t fill a grand total of 30 pills in 3 days?! That’s insane to me! I just keep praying his mouth doesn’t get infected.

It’s always something with this pharmacy. Drive thru is extremely slow. Currently the inside is closed and the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. It’s frustrating when individuals are in need of their medication and is inconvenienced majority of the time.

Stopped earlier today.. sat for 10 minutes. Called store. Closed for lunch. Needs better signage for lunch hours. Stopped again around 4p... sat for 17 mins... ZERO cars moved. Complicated pick ups should have to go in instead of stopping drive thru.

Told me it is gonna be 5 hours waiting for a prescription!! 5 HOURS!!! What is wrong, Walgreens? Why does it always take so long? Pharmacy staff is always friendly, but always say they are short handed. Why can't they hire them on more help??? I don't understand it at all!!

The ladies in the pharmacy are VERY rude and unprofessional! My insurance offers better prescription coverage through them which we were willing to give it a try. After the 3 encounters I have had with them today, they have permanently lost my business. We will be transferring all our prescriptions back to Publix!

The doctor call in my meds I went to Walmart walked around then went to Walgreens drive though the lady told me it would be 20 mins longer we sit in there parking lot for 30 mins then went back to the window she told us it’s going to be another 20 mins I told her I would get it the next dang day.

So I hurt my back decided to use Walgreens because of drive thru was told I would get a message saying when meds are ready yet here I lay in pain the next day waiting for pharmacy to open so my wife can go figure out what's going on

Every time i’m there it’s an issue and it’s their fault

Rude and very uncaring !!!
