Place was extremely busy, had a short wait in parking lot spot. But this team. Worked very well under the pressure food was hand delivered to my car, hot and fresh as usual and staff I dealt with very professional...

Awesome new concept!! Self check out kiosk. Place your order step by step instructions. You can custom tailor your order, use coupons from the McDonalds app. You can use apple pay, Samsung pay, cash, or cc. If your dining in, grab a number and the receipt once done paying. Cash payments you have to go to the register with receipt. If you used cc then you take your number and pick a seat. An employee will bring your order to the table. Awesome concept but computer age is sure taking over.

So this is the first time I’ve been in this particular McDonalds in years because I never come by it but today I figured I’d stop in since it was on the way to where I was headed. Anyway it’s very clean and great service. Food was brought to my table and I was even asked if I needed anything else!

You guys are always nice, say hi to my kids and quick. Food is usually hot and fresh

I had the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had at McDs!I asked for a sausage,egg, and cheese muffin with scrambled egg instead of round. The associate didn't even blink because I ordered special! She was polite and efficient!
The sandwich made me extremely happy! Yes, I've been again to get that sandwich!

Cleanest McDonalds in the state! Ice cream machine always working which is rare. Fastest service! I wish I didn’t move away but I stop in as often as I can 🍔 😋

Very nice and clean. Sat with my toddler for lunch was quiet and again very clean. We ordered on the touch-screen and took a number and sat. Within 3 minutes our food was brought right to our table, it was great, again with a toddler this was amazing we were sitting and ready. Layer another female employee, maybe a manager came over and asked if she could give us some crayons and a build a bug thing cut pop out thing it was really cute and my loved the little bugs after I build them, he was happy!! Overall great place, amazing job guys keep up the good work!!!

I went to the location on broad street by the park. Ordered on the mobile app so I can make things easy. Waited for the guy to tell me to go right to 2nd window didn't even ask for the code. Then afterwards Waiting the 15 20 minutes for this long line. They tell me to go inside. I go inside now I'm stuck Waiting again. After wasting my gas. I was furious came to this location and was served without any wait at all even with a line of cars. Definitely love coming here I do almost everyday for breakfast deals. Can't believe the other location gets away with so much though hopefully the good energy from this location makes its way over there. Just thankful and furious at the broad street one for wasting my gas for me have to drive back and forth for no reason. 5.30$ a gallon. And then paying for food. Very inconsiderate of them and also I feel like the management there just tries to cover for the employees mistakes. Hopefully it gets better because that location is quite convenient

Love the 2/4.50 sausage egg mcmuffin

Wanted to go inside. Sign on door says come on in but door was locked. Went through drive thru and it moved quickly. They had the order right and we had no issues. People were pleasant and I gave them a tip. Great happy meal toy, my 8 year old daughter was pleased Raya a dragon surprise. I'd visit this location again.

This is my favorite McDonald's. Orders always right and always hot. The staff is very friendly here. Especially the older drivethru Lady who works early. She makes a great smoothie.

I just went to this McDonald's and ordered a bacon QT plain, got home but into it and it was a little raw. I quickly called and spoke with the manager (sorry I cannot remember his name but it was 10/10/20 @ 5:00pm) and I explained the situation (I'm pregnant) and he was so nice and helpful. I've worked for McDonalds in the past and know exactly how long QTs need to be down for, he was super sweet and apologized for the problem and asked me to come in and have it replaced with a COOKED qt.. whoever he is, thank you so much and for being so understanding!!

Food was fresh and served quick even with a long line !

I love Mcdonalds.... but.... that one time they raised those prices on chicken nuggets. I believe it was 11 dollars for a 10 piece. Still havnt found better fries or chicken nuggets! Bring back the mcrib. Mcgridle is fire.

Placed order for 8 Filet-O-,-Fish sandwiches, with cheese, 1 small and 2 large fries. Yesterday, February 26th, the filet o fish sandwiches were 2/$5.00
They were all made to order, but I didn't care as they were juicy, moist, hot, and very tasty. Give this McDonald's s try, if you enjoy filet o',fish sandwiches. Happy eating!

I use the curbside pickup everytime, it's very convenient. I know sometimes the workers in some areas may think we are being lazy but then don't offer the option. 💯
