David from tools he is a nice Person and he help me be come a MVP/Pro he told me everything i need to know about tools and the MVP/PRO i really think he is a great worker and need s to move up as fast as Possible and lowes need s to have david stay for a very long time! becase he is a great worker!

This location is great to shop, I had a customer who wanted plants for the holiday. I stopped here and this is what I found. Great deals and more. When you use the self checkout the lady who works at this location is the best in customer service and more. Give them a try!

Well stocked Lowe's. Helpful support staff. At a very accessible place

The store was set up like many of the other Lowe's stores. The shelves were stocked well and products were available. It is nice to see the price of lumber went down. At 8 on a Friday night of a holiday weekend, the store was quite empty. I often choose Lowe's over Home Depot based on the brands and the stock they have.

rob from flooring was very helpful and took his time helping out my mother find the perfect set for the yard. cassandra in returns was also very involved and patient helping my mom get everything she needs even with other customers requesting help they were able to make sure everyone was happy even with having to multitask.

Love my local Lowes!! Great staff and prices.. got a oven delivered on Thanksgiving eve after ours broke!! Hats off to the team, I was able to make my first ever full dinner for the inlaws and my mom!

Jay (from Gardening ? - was wearing camo Lowes vest) went above and beyond for us.

Upon entering we asked him about something unrelated to his department and he looked it up for us. Then when we came back to the pick up area (where he was doing something) he asked if we found what we needed. When we told him we couldn't find something else he looked it up and showed that they had a few in the store. He went clear across the store while we waited to pick up our order and brought us back a few options to choose from, one that we bought.

He was so incredibly nice, and went out of his way to help us. I can't say how sweet of a guy he is. I look forward to seeing him again next time we shop here.

Emil in the garden center is the best! Half price ripped bags of compost and high quality organic garden soil. Also grabbed clearance plants half price.

East to navigate, clean and lots of items to choose from. Staff is easy to find and very helpful

Been coming to this lowes for many years, Michael in hardware by far is so very knowledgeable, he helped me right to the end of closing in plumbing. He deserves to be recognized in my opinion as a valued employee.

Went to Lowe’s with my mother looking for a patio set recently, unsure if there were any sets left of one my mom wanted. Cliff and Rebecca went above and beyond for my mother and I double and maybe even triple checking stock, and coordinating with a few of their co workers to make sure we got the right patio set at a great price. It put a huge smile on my mom’s face which puts a huge smile on mine. Thanks again to the Lowe’s Cranston team!

Very helpful, they spoke said hello asked I need assistance, gave me important directions and explained important information on usage of products. ( Especially 1 tiny lil older woman , great customer service, walked me right to and threw all I wanted and needed. ) Was so customer service friendly I got her name ( Becca ) new more than anyone else I’ve encountered in these home product stores but most importantly New home to be happy friendly kind and if didn’t know she was honest and helpful and got help I needed immediately “. ( Didn’t put me on hold “ like others “ and take care of other customers while I sat and waited. So Big Ups to Her and Lowes… let her be the example for all younger employees and who don’t know how to treat customers correctly whether “ good mood or bad day or feel like working upset or not - Conduct yourself behavior specific ways period.

We received a broken washer Saturday morning. We went to our local store and dealt with the manage Tyler. He was kind, understanding and very helpful. He understood our problem and personally helped us find a new machine that would fit our space. He also only showed us machines that he had in store, understanding we needed a replacement that day. He helped us check out and load the new washer into our truck. He made an extremely difficult and frustrating experience much better and easier. Absolutely will be back for our next appliance purchase.

Lowe's won me over because they were able to solve a problem in 3 days that another store refused to after months.

Too much detail to go into but in short, I went to the OTHER big delivery store (Home Depot) for an advertised item, bought it and they did a bait and switch delivery and refused to honor my original purchase. For months the Attorney General's office and myself tried to rectify the situation. No good. I was in limbo. They still had my money and I had no product. And it was a big ticket item.

Out of desperation, I finally decided to email Lowe's CEO. Maybe Lowe's could get me the item I wanted. IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR I received a communication from the corporate office and 3 days later Lowe's delivered my item. Their customer service people kept in communication with me every step of the way.

I cancelled the business with the OTHER big box store. I have not been back since and will never go back.

I see other reviews with complaints and I cannot remark on their experiences. But for me, the swiftness, courtesy and positive outcome in 3 days for a situation I had dealt with, unsuccessfully, with Home Depot for months was enough to make me a loyal customer.

A big Thank You to Lowe's.

It's your typical Lowe's just went to get keys made but the store looked fully stocked. If it's the closest Lowe's to you your good.

I just purchased a home in the area and have already been here countless times. Several employees have been super helpful: Katy in the lawn center, Jasper in seasonal and Cameron in order fulfillment....they helped make my most recent trips run super smooth. Big box hardware stores get a bad rep from a few bad apples, but every once in awhile you get staff that make you feel like you're the only customer in the world. Thanks y'all!

Had everything I needed and was easy to find

I felt like I hit the jackpot. I went in there for one small thing and they happen to have put a bunch of light fixtures on clearance and they were perfect for project I'm about to begin.
Gorgeous ceiling fans and chandeliers and light bars for over bathroom vanities it was spectacular I spent $900 on light fixtures that probably would have cost closer to $2,500.
My timing must have been perfect and their timing couldn't have been better for me.

Just bought an 8x10 area rug. Ed was the employee that helped us. What an exemplary employee, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. It was a rainy day and Ed went beyond the call of duty to wrap it up so the rug didn't get rained on. Great job Ed!. Keep up the good work. Lowes should be proud to have employees of this caliber.

I recently had an excellent experience at Lowe's thanks to Jamie Caisse!! Jamie was professional and extremely knowledgeable about my patio project. He answered all my questions and made excellent recommendations and suggestions. The order was processed and delivered within 24 hours! I highly recommend Jamie and this location!!
