I had a Super Carne Asada buritto and it was amazing 👏. The chicpd and salsa were tostada shells which was a little weird bu came with Salsa and beans with cheese on them. The waiters were helpful and nice.

The service was amazing, so friendly and helpful with great suggestions. The food was delicious and authentic. Best tamale we ever had. The Al Pastor taco was incredible. Loved the “chips” spoiler it’s a whole corn tortilla!

Awesome place to have dinner! Right off the interstate and perfect spot to stop on a road trip! I read the reviews on google maps and they emphasize on the amazing staff and service as well as the tasty chips and salsa! Great food and great margaritas! I believe our servers name was Jorge, he did an amazing job taking care of us and was kind and friendly!!! Definitely recommend this spot!!! :)

Good carne asada plate, and an interesting way of doing chips & salsa.

It was surprisingly great! Great food and cool people. A family-owned Mexican American restaurant. They're making the real deal there. I highly recommend their chips and salsa to go. Very tasty, and a value. I've gone back a couple times just to buy the chips and salsa.

I was looking for a new Mexican resturant to go to other than Pueblo Lindo on Eagle Rd.. I googled this place and it didn't seem to crazy out of the way, especially for my Duaghter and her family so we decided to give it a try based on all of these good reviews on here. We were looking for a place thats more of a sit down resturant with real margaritas and great food. La Cabanita didn't disappoint. My Tacos Al Carbon with Carne Asada were delicious as were the other plates (Shrimp enchiladas, flautas, quesadilla, and bean and cheese burritos for the kids). The place is pretty large, the staff very friendly and the salsa was extremely good, probably one of the best I've had here in the valley. They served their "pregame" chips and salsa uniquely in that they kept their chips as "whole" tortillas where most cut them into chips. It made into a different experience but acutally kind of fun as well. The margaritas were good but not overly large and could have been a bit larger in my opinion. The atmosphere was "spirited" in that it was busy and fairly loud, but not overly so. We will definitely head back there again to try some of their other dishes. I felt the pricing was pretty good for food nowadays, not too over the top but you got what you paid for. The dishes were hot, very hot and the plates stayed hot almost to the end of the meal which I thought was unusual as well. All in all, a great experience for my family and myself!!

Excellent food. The fajitas are absolutely the best I've ever had! Staff is friendly, the restaurant is very clean. Can't wait to try more amazing food next time. Give them a try, you won't be sorry

Very good food not salty like so many other Mexican restaurants. The service was excellent. I've eaten at many Mexican restaurants but never have I been served whole made hot tostadas with salsa...always chips and salsa. It was nice to have something different. I got a large combination, taco, shredded beef enchilada and an awesome Chile realino. Prices were good. I would recommend this place especially if your traveling it's right off the highway and easy to find.

The food was terrific and service was good too. There was about 6 tables that had menus when we walked in, little bit of wait, but, service was good, and wait wasn't that long considering how busy they were. I had a skirt steak and my wife had a salad, both were excellent!

Easily the best restaurant salsa I've had in ages. Not normally a fan, but this great - flavorful, not too spicy, nice texture, and not swimming in tomato juice.
Carne Asada was spot on. Good flavor, not dried out and almost didn't need a knife to cut it.
House marg was probably the low point of the meal - but you don't expect top shelf when you order "house". Would probably not order that again.

Came here for lunch for the first time! Loved the atmosphere and openness of the seating! Food was fantastic! Service was friendly and quick! Definitely will visit again! Thanks!

Nice little Mexican Restaurant, it was clean the waiter was friendly. I had the street tacos. 1 chicken-good, 2- Pastor- my favorite, 2- Asada- very good came with chips and salsa(salsa was on point) and beans to eat with the chips. All in all nice place for authentic Mexican cuisine.

Best pollo con creme I’ve ever had. Love the spot! They are a little short staffed but if you have the time they’ll take great care of you

Great food and friendly staff. It’s the Mexican food my wife and I look for, not the overpriced plates some places offer. Your table is started with some tostada shells and tomatillo salsa. Pretty big menu with a full bar. Great neighborhood restaurant.

Amazing food and very friendly service! If you try calling and it doesn’t go through just head in because they are probably busy. Busy because the food is amazing!

Excellent food. We shared the fajitas with 3 meats- shrimp, chicken & steak. Delicious!

Great little place. I had the fajitas platter with steak and shrimp. The staff were quick and responsive, even though they were busy and short staffed. I would eat there again for sure!

I also love that they are not a big Corp chain or franchise. I always try and support local.
