McDonald's

They started my day off with kindness and smiles. I know customer service is extremely challenging. The customers are humans, as are the employees. Moods, stress, and personal matters can all play a part in how well(or not well) the interaction is. The two employees I interacted with Tuesday Lunch hour(drive-thru) were on their game. Very pleasant and hard working. Thank you! Shout out to the super nice lady taking the orders. She reminded me of my Grandmother. Never met a stranger. So professional. We all could learn a great deal from our elders. They have lived, and have so much to teach us! They are the best of us!!!

Manager came to take care of my order since others were busy. Good job.

I am not a personal fan of this establishment...however my kid wants a happy meal my 5 star is for the employee....whoever is working the window shift right now at this location has a smile the business needs to stay relevant ...tipped her smiling face at 10 pm & god bless her! Company should give her a promotion because that's hard to find at 10 pm or 10am

Driving through the area & stopped here. Clean restaurant, great customer service. We had a large order & it was ready at our table before we even filled our drinks & everything was 100% accurate--which was impressive as we had enough customizations. One our best McDonald's experiences ever! Great job team & management!!

Can’t really go wrong with mcds for the kids. Their app is helpful too. Usually there are free rewards if you order literally anything.

It’s McDonalds. What else needs to be said I haven’t ever encountered a bad McDonald’s let’s just say that.

Fast and easy. Fish filet was good. Clean restroom.

Saw the band Retrobution there. Had a great time. The inside bartender was okay, but I feel if you see someone sitting there for 12 minutes, you might tell them you will be right with them, instead of ignoring them. But she was friendly once she helped me.

In my experience this McDonald's location always has strawberry shakes, even right before closing time which is a time of day it seems that no other fast food restaurant has shakes. Strange we're always told that they are out of shakes or that their shake machine is down because I worked fast food as a Young Man and supervisors would always instruct us to shut down and clean the shake machine early so that they could get out of the store more quickly after closing time. This says to me that staff at this location care a little bit more about the customer experience and their food is always delicious with friendly fast service. A+

Quick and simple McDonald's with good quality and a nice staff. Everything I want in a fast food location! Also a great spot for a bite after getting some groceries.

Listen my son had been on and on about getting all the guardian toys. The Manger dug through all the toys just to get him then ones he's missing. She got him every single one!!!! I can't really articulate how happy and excited I am to see someone just doing their job and stopping to do something so small and time consuming to make him so happy. Thank you Christine, and to the management... if she cares this much about small stuff she probably cares even more about the big stuff give this lady a raise PLEASE.

It was drive thru. But they were fast - very fast and efficient. My fries were luke warm though. But - this why you have a microwave.

This McDonald's staff is speedy quick and efficient to get us on our way quickly. The food is always hot and fresh.

We ordered using the mobile app for a family of eight and the staff brought the food to our table 5 min later. Very impressed with staff and how clean this restaurant was!

Lady in the Drive-Thru giving me my food had food all over her face and hands to where it made me not want to eat my food very very poor hygiene.

Professional staff and clean restaurant the burgers were a bit crooked other than that they were hot, fresh made to order and the fries were perfect

I love the morning crew. They know how to move the line and get the food to you with accuracy.
