El Toro Bar and Grill

I am a big fan of Mexican and TexMex food, therefore I'm very critical, which is the only reason I gave the food a 4. If I had to say I give it 8.5 out of 10. I ordered the monster burrito and it lived up to the name. The plate filled me up very well. My server was on point and the experience overall was great. Also, you're not waiting for a long time for food to be prepared. That's always a plus in my book.

I have to say that this location gave me hope that El Toro has good food and service. Our waiter was excellent, and the food definitely had flavor and great presentation. Definitely will come back!

This young man Santiago was so polite and kind he didn't use anything to take my order except his brain. Thank you for a wonderful evening.. food is always great this might be my every Tuesday hangout after work..I even had a margarita well shared one.. #1.50TACOTUESDAYONMILLERLANE

Very fast table service, atmosphere is chill and lighting is on point throughout the restaurant, meaning GREAT ENVIRONMENT. Not irritatingly packed full of people like a lot of other places but that's only because of how well the entire restaurant is set up and how tall the booths are, and I'm sure it has something to do with the disbursement of tables for a well-staffed restaurant. I would assume they have great management, but I don't work there so I can only provide my insight from a customer's perspective.

The food and the customer service at El Toro are amazing! We take our elderly aunt here, and they always treat her with such kindness. They are so patient when it takes her a long time to order. They make sure to make her margarita very light alcohol with extra ice ;) so she doesn't feel like she's missing out on cocktails.

The staff at this restaurant treat their customers like family. It's always a great experience when we go there. Thanks again for an extra special dinner with our Aunt Barbara!

Very nice place. 1st time here. Seating was abundant. Service Exceptional! Food came out fast and hot! Cleanliness in general was great. Staff made you feel welcome and kept coming back to take your empty plates or refill your drinks! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Always fast, hot and great tasting food, friendly and accommodating staff, cold cold beer, best margaritas around too! Highly recommended and by far the best Mexican food in the Dayton Ohio area! Outdoor sitting area is also nice to have as an option as well.

Luis was a phenomenal server, great attitude and personality. He was on top of it all, drinks were here. Food was hot and plentiful. Entire experience was GREAT. WE WILL DEF BE BACK. Sat in bar and enjoyed the atmosphere and music. For a Saturday around 7 p.m. there were plenty seats in bar.

Visited for lunch. Had the ground beef burrito. Would definitely order again. Plenty of parking, friendly staff. Salsa is also not too spicy.

This place is good. They took over a building vacated by a chain Mexican restaurant. The food was hot and tasty. The service quick. If I had one negitive I’d say my cheese enchilada weren’t quite yet melted all the way in the center. We ate here twice in one week while staying at a local hotel.

It's obvious why this location was voted best in Dayton. We have an El Toro closer to our house, but typically recieve fair to poor service. Service at Miller is always great. Tonight Eván provided us great care. He made sure that I was given the corn tortillas that I asked for (Englewood lacation never remembers to). He also asked my wife (vegetarian) about extra veggies (squash/zucchini) for her veggie tortillas, which we've never been offered at Englewood. Maria Juna was also tastey.

Had an absolutely phenomenal meal of Arzzo con Queso, (steak, rice, cheese) and I ate it on some chips. My coworker had a loaded nachos dish and also loves it. Highly recommended.

Beautiful building. Excellent, attentive service. The arroz con carne was good but they really should use more cheese sauce and I wish it wasn't so runny. That's really my only complaint is the liquidy cheese sauce

Came her last year to celebrate my birthday with my 4 sisters and just a small portion of our kids came along. We had a blast, after not seeing one another after 2 years prior. Need to do this more often.

The food was super good, freshly made and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Nice quiet, surprisingly large restaurant. Roomy inside like restaurants were in the before time. Where you can sit and enjoy a meal and good conversation without yelling or feeling like your apart of the next tables conversation. The atmosphere is airy and has a more consumer based comfort factor, not the cram as many people in the space for maximum profit like seems all the new restaurants have. All in all 10/10

Excellent Restuarant service, restuarant in the front and the bar in the back, 4 50"TV's in bar available, I came because it was the best outside patio colors & decor view of the horizon facing West, great air conditioning, great delicious food, I ordered (el polo loco-just enough flavor), friends ordered sizzling fajitas Texan style as a side order and one obtained (pescado con camarones)grilled Tilapia fillet with shrimp and scallops and rice carrots tomatoes zucchini and brocolli, and the other (chile Colorado)combo grilled chicken & steak with rice, ranchero sauce, & carmalized delicious soft onions, plus every Monday in coctails is margarita Monday special, great interior decor and 2nd flr. Great parking, great social distancing. Family friendly. Very relaxing, Lots of space. Great restrooms. At Miller Ln. Location off I-75, I think off exit 63. And many other restaurants to chose from off Miller Ln.

Ate here twice during a work trip. Excellent food in both quality and quantity, and great value. Fantastic margaritas as well.
