Best waffle house 8ve ever been to. Great service, good food, and deathly heaping of sass from the staff perfect experience!

We love stopping here to grab a bite and socialize (after rollerskating at Skateworld of Vandalia on Thursdays Adult night sessions).
Nicole is always there to greet us and serve our every need. The food is always great. Service is excellent. Employees are happy. We love it!

Vandalia Waffle House is always so amazing. We go out of our way to go here. The service is wonderful and the food is hot and fresh. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here to date. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I was a bit worried/secretly, I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled into the empty parking lot. It's been a while since I've visited a waffle house, but I have never visited this particular location, and I've never been to an empty Waffle House. I can't complain. The atmosphere was very relaxing, as we were the only 2 diners. It was great. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. The cook was also friendly, and he definitely knew his way around the kitchen. Everything was cooked to perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.

Atmosphere could use a little TLC but the service is ALWAYS on point. Fast, welcoming, and respectful. The food is always good. You don't have to worry about something tasting different depending on the staff member! The staff holds conversation, checks in on you frequently, and loves to make kids laugh. Very accommodating.

Me and son fav WH. We missed G today! 😔 She makes the visits here worth it.

Regardless of how much people don't like Waffle house, I think it's great. This Waffle house is a cozy place to get a breakfast meal at. Food tastes great, everything has a kind of good fluffiness, and the staff are very respectful, and the atmosphere is superb. Definitely coming back again.

Karley stayed over past her shift because her relief was over 30 minutes late. She was very polite and kind to us.

We stopped in after the Carlos Santana concert. Love WH for their food & customer service. They had 1 cook & 1 server, but they were very attentive & went out of their way to make sure the customers had everything we needed.

had the best waitress, she was very polite and sweet. i believe her name was Alexis. we had 9 people to come in and eat and she made everyone happy. got our drinks and everything right away. the only inconvenience was the cook. the food was good, there was just a little attitude from the cook. overall it was a pretty good experience because of the waitress. everytime i come in here i hope to get her, she is fantastic!

They always cook my food perfect

I went in to eat breakfast there were quite a few customers. I ordered the waitress was fast and friendly. The food came in 10 minutes or less. The food hit the spot. Will I go back yes. I was as hungry as they were efficient. Same as the last time . Service was fast and the waitress was friendly . The food has always been good. Of course I will return. as always the food and service was fast and excellent . I had breakfast and will continue to eat there I had breakfast again. Service fast and friendly. 👍

Waffle House is always an affordable place to get some hot food in a sit down environment.
