Food was great, went through the drive thru, buddy at the window had a great sense of humor for work on the 4th of July. I would go back

It was early or late at night looking for a quick bite I found the checkers service was good The fries were hot it was raining.went though the drive though sat in the car and ate!

I always get offers for deliveries from this location and recently decided to come here. My fiance and I wanted to see what the hype was about and we found out. Being pregnant, I could've chose something more healthy, but it's 3am and nothing is open besides here. My fiance got the #3, and I got mozzarella sticks. We both got the same fountain drink. He got a combo, which includes fries. I took quite a few fries 🤭. Everything is good and I will definitely get this again. The person who runs the drive-thru window at night is awesome. We recommend this place for late night food. Better than McDonald's.

I don't know why people are giving bad reviews! The food is excellent! The service was fast and friendly. Went around 9 p.m tonight and there was 3 people ahead of us, and got our food faster than we would being in line at McDonald's, Wendy's or KFC in Waukegan!!

My fiancee, his dad, and I all had the double bacon burger w/fries meal. Delicious! I couldn't even get halfway through mine. Too much for me, lol. The fries were so good! My fiancee got the loaded fries with cheese n bacon. He finished the burger but not the fries. He will be having the rest of my burger n his fries for lunch tomorrow. His dad isn't halfway through his burger yet. Lol.

I can't wait to try more products. Everything looks yummy! Thanks guys!

I would like to compliment Roberto who works at Checkers for bringing quality service to this restaurant and making it a pleasant experience too come here. He works the night shift and is always courteous and professional. Beside being a customer I'm also an Uber driver and it's refreshing to interact in a friendly manner. Thanks Roberto and Checkers for quality food and service.

Always great service, My favorite late night spot!

All I got was a strawberry shake and wow is it good. Except for homemade I thought McDonald's had the best strawberry shake but I was wrong checkers wins hands down. Also I was able to walk though the drive-thru to get one so that was awesome. The manager was very sweet so I recommend that everyone try a shake here.

On door dash, the traditional wings weren’t on the menu. I can’t have bread so I couldn’t get the boneless. When I called the place, the person on the phone had a perfect conversation in which she was able to give me the exact order I wanted even though I had to choose a different option on the app. They were super helpful and you don’t really get customer service like that anymore. Who knew you could be nice and enjoy your job at a fast food place? Lol. But seriously, the wings were great and they definitely made a HUGE difference in the experience. Awesome job. I wish I would have got their name.

Good place to eat, friendly employees and cheap fast food

I'm pissed at myself that I haven't gone to Checkers in a really, really long time. The burgers and fries were very very good even very late.

Very nice staff food came fresh even tho it was a bit later in the night more than what I'd like to ammit but it was fresh food and will be back couldn't say the staff was doing one heck of a job knocking out orders and service was extremely quick and everything was great no small details were over looked.

So excited to have a checkers in waukegan again. Best fries ever. Some of the staff needs to be a little bit more attentive but really no complaints. There was a mistake and they not only reimburst it. They were all too eager to replace it.

Mr.Agnes is a super respectful and always cheerful employee. His positive energy makes the cheeckers the best place. 💯💯

Food is still as awsome as it use to be. Service sucked...it's under new management. However I feel people that are in the service industry that have to interact with others should have some sense of decency and respect. Cashier was very disrespectful and dismissive.

Bought ice cream no cones so we all got cups it was good. Loved the Strawberry ice cream.

This burgers are the best I tried.
The flavor amazing fries are really good but I think the location is a little hide they need to move to the white castle instead that is a great location more visible.
