Better than Culvers and they have to compete with McDonald's next door. The burgers have really good flavor, a little bit of a longer wait because they are cooking them on the griddle when you order. Allow for a little extra time when you order. Of course the line is not as long as McDonald's so you're probably out much quicker. The food is always fresh and hot.

Went in and ordered two #6 spicy chicken sandwich meals . The food came out quick, hot and it was great. I have a southern accent and in Illinois so I had to tell Wendy's worker a couple times a number# 6, was pretty funny.

I wish I had my receipt to do an actual survey for these kind people. My family and I stopped at this Wendy’s for a quick snack last night. The manager ( I believe her name was Millie) was so polite and informed us that it’ll just be a minute before she could take our order we told her not to worry about it. This place was BUSY! The lobby and the drive- thru were very busy. Millie and her staff (3 people short) were getting the work done with a smile on their face. The best part was when I heard Millie say “we got this “ to her staff! That right there is manager material!! Thank you Millie and staff!

As soon as I walked In, Jasmine welcomed me! The food was delicious and was hot. I’m very glad I chosed this wendy’s and I will be coming back again! Great Job!

i was short on time this afternoon and luckily the service was quick and the staff was nice. p.s. Jada was very consistent in her effort to help me with my order in the short amount of time i had and the food still came out fresh and warm!

We had very hot food and the service was great! Much better service then what we received at the Zion Wendy's. The cashier was quick and very nice at this Waukegan Wendy's. Zions crew was not friendly and acted strange.

Food is always good.The cashier that took my order she was very nice and she helped out alot with whatever her crew needed. At one point another customer came and order and he was overly loud and rude to her for no reason at all but she just smiled and took it in. She had to be at least 23 and Hispanic with black hair. She seems to be very professional

Itsa a very busy location but they do their best to get you through the line rather quickly. Food and service is great would definitely recommend and return.

Bro, I kid you not, best 10 minute wait. They accept cards, cash, all sorts of payment unlike McDonald’s with their system being down all the time after 9pm

The line was long but they got everyone's food out fast. My turn was fast plus the food was hot.

Went on Friday 02/22/2020. Ordered breakfast for the first time #1 for my son's, a Maple bacon chicken Croissant they loved it! I got the #2 Sausage egg and Swiss croissants it was ok, along with tropicana bottled O.J but we loved the seasoned potatoes so delicious😋❣
I'm sure this was a 1st time promotion but my whole order was free❤👏 #WENDY'SBREAKFAST

I love how they actually pay attention to the order of details like removing things from our meals because we are allergic. Have visited other locations and my order is always wrong.

Well prepared orders, wait times are surprisingly low. For a fast food restaurant this place is better than most in the area

LOVE Wendy's burgers, loaded fries and salads. Mostly get food to go, live close. Atmosphere there is great. Always clean, bright and cheery.

the drive thru woman was nice i think her name was jada but my food was a little cold and they gave me the wrong burger

Service was good and so was the food! Long lines but moves pretty fast. Worth the wait.

It's a Wendy's. I don't go inside so I don't know if it's clean but their service has always been great.
