McDonald's

This is one of the most improved business in Durham. The redesign of the interior is remarkable. It is now spacious and bright. The staff inside are very friendly and responsive to those of us who prefer to place an order with a person. The food was warm, delivered quickly and the kids ate it like wild animals. If they've cornered you into a trip to clown town, this is a fine one.

This is literally the safest McDonalds on the planet it’s right next to a police station 😂

I really enjoyed my food from this location. The line was long and there was some confusion about my order, but this is understandable given how busy they were. I wouldn't fault the employees for it. I've been here twice and my food was exactly right both times. I definitely expect to be back in the future!

Everything you would expect at a McDonald's restaurant. I used the app to order ahead and my food was waiting for me. And the order was correct.

The bathrooms were so clean and fresh. I really appreciate small kindnesses after a long day. Thank you.

Just a nice experience all the way around....
From the crowd that was eating & patronizing the restaurant to the friendly & cordial workers, (my food was special ordered & they were fabulous about doing it my way & it was right & tasty) it was really one of the most memorable stops I have ever had at any McD's ever.
I had a nice guy help me carry my food out, another patron, who really went out of his way to help me get back to the car with my takeout order.
I was alone & unprepared for just the amount of food I ordered. (He stopped eating to help!)
I thanked him profusely.
(You sure do not see that every day).
Sure, it was just McD's some folks might think, but there was just something so.... heartwarming about seeing people help each other out & going out of their way to be nice to strangers.
With the unfortunate unhappiness & issues going on in the world (I will spare everyone the details, they are aware already) it was just something special last night about being able to forget awhile, just be in a kind environment, a safe harbor of people laughing, talking & enjoying themselves, their dinners & each other.....
I am sure I will be back, it's going to be hard to forget just how special it was to be there in that time and place again.
I know I will not be able to forget and I do not want to.

I had an issue with my McD's app not working properly but the guy at the take out window went out of his way to make sure my visit was pleasant and my next visit I went inside and the girl in my picture was awesome. She is wonderful at her job and made my visit very pleasant..

Just want to thank all of you employees for what you are sacrificing to stay open. My great grandson is autistic and eats very few foods. You are on the top of his diet. I truly don’t know what we would do without your continued efforts to stay open for the Community. People say an autistic child will eat what you have if they are hungry. That’s simply not true. Thank you my local McDonalds.

The double cheeseburger is always hot and hits the spot!

One of the best Mcdonalds in Durham. I highly recommend this Mcdonalds. Great place to stop by and grab a meal, snack, drink, or dessert. They are always pretty fast. But the food is great. The landscape and building is very nice. Employees are the average employees. This is a great Mcdonalds to stop by and grab a bite to eat. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes Good food. You should try out this Mcdonalds.

I loved the whole staff. Great customer service. Even made me leave with a smile.I come all the time and THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS NEVER DOWN. Thats a first at McDonald's. I just wish this one was 24hrs.

Whenever we visit we always have the pleasure of interacting with Trina! She is very pleasant, patient, and always greets us with a smile. I really appreciate it !!! She needs to be promoted!!! Thank you Trina!! Oh and she sounds like the comedian Wanda Sykes!!!

Service is always fast and professional. I visited this McDonald's monthly and sit for hours doing homework on their free WiFi. Never a problem. Staff is excellent!

It took less than 1 minute for them to fix my food and I was back on the highway. One of the fastest McDonald's I ever been to when it comes to food service time

I love McDonald's food is great clean store workers they have staff in order to please you all the staff have smile in theirs face they no how to speak to ppls and greet the customer.

Through the drive thru and out very quickly. Got hamburgers plain. Everything was fine.
