This Starbucks is the best! The manager, Preston, is the absolute best! He used to manage the stateline location and he was always so friendly. He knows his customers and gets them taken care of. Even though the new location is out of the way for me, I will still visit this location due to having the best customer service experience with this staff and this awesome manager!

Noticed they are training, so understood the little longer wait time. Great customer service!

This Starbucks seems like a mess. Waited for almost 20 min on 2 orders of egg white bites and was then told that they only had 1 left. A simple refund then took 5 min on the register to complete. Seems like there’s no communication in place for the employees as I was asked twice what my order was and if I received it. Why would I be standing there waiting if I had gotten my order already?? Went through the drive thru for my mobile order, I gave the order info at the speaker and then the lady at the window again had to ask what my order was and then proceeds to tell me next time I should have all the info ready at the speaker so they know what to hand to me. Um what???? The only reason I go to this location is because the one on Richmond rd is temporarily Closed for renovation. They are a much better functioning Starbucks location. I’ve lived across 3 states, been to numerous Starbucks locations and never experienced a store as bad as this one. There’s just no “Starbucks energy” or enthusiasm at this place.

I ordered a blonde vanilla latte in the drive-thru. It mostly tasted of burned coffee and little vanilla. I was disappointed.

I ordered a Frappuccino. They gave me a iced coffee. I didn’t have time for them to fix it so I left.

Only reason I came to Starbucks is because someone had given me a gift card. It cost $6.55 for my short (kids size) caffe mocha. It tasted like burnt dirt. It was not sweet like mocha at all. The cup was 2/3 full. It was only about 3 ounces of coffee. The drive thru also took 27 minutes. Horrible experience. Won’t be back. I’d like my $6.55 back.
