CJ's Patio Grill

Wow, amazing food, most if it made and baked there. I had the green chili hamburger, delicious. We found CJ's on our way through Loveland and we will definately go back.

Alright, I decided to do a review after my second time coming to redeemed CJs. Yes, this is the one that was on bar rescue. I guess it's a cute way of starting conversations if you decide to go here on date. On to the review!

I extremely love the ambiance of the restaurant, especially being a former 3rd shifter. There are no blinding lights here. I went at 1 pm and 6 pm, one on the spur of the moment, the other actually planning to go. Both times were not that busy, so I enjoy knowing I can go here and enjoy my time. I was greeted the first time of coming, I think my waiter was the bartender. But he was nice and Hayleigh was nice during my 2nd time.

I thoroughly love the drinks. They do carry pepsi products for those who are not the drinking type of people. For those who are, the drinks are fabulous! I am an avid fan of bourbon and whiskey, so congrats to bartenders who make the whiskey mules. The Iowa mule personally is my favorite. Yes, they were consistent, so 5 out of 5. The fuzzy pixi was good and tasted like a baja blast! So that was fun. They do have a wide variety of alcohol, and I rarely order specialized orders. But for those who like that, there you go. I will say the alcohol pairs very well with the food, and I shall go into details in for the food.

I can not express the sparks of love I have for the food here. 1st time, we started with the firecracker shrimp; which has quite a crunch, and it's perfectly cooked for me. The burgers are awesome here. I would say they have the lightest buns in Loveland. It's also toasty for those who enjoy texture. I devoured my burger because I ordered medium rare, and it's one of the best burgers I've had in Loveland. I am fiend for the fries here, despite being steak fries. They crunchy are consistently fried. I had the mushroom swiss burger, and my fiance had the jalapeños burger. The ranch is savory and tasted house made.
The 2nd time: we had the sampler. It was so good. I will say a few chips were burnt it's not enough to lose a star over. The wings were moist, crunchy, and everything I look for in wings. I will say the firecracker wings are not as good as the shrimp. It's great and now I know for upcoming times I go there. Chicken tenders are mediocre. They were the only part of the sampler I was not a fan of. Though the drinks at least make the tenders great for snacking on so on the aspect of a bar hopper, it's great. The salsa is good, tastes very zesty, and has pico in it, I assume. The bread roll I had was very fluffy and tasted great both on its own and with the blackened salmon. Veggies were perfectly cooked, with a crunch, so there were no soggy vegetables in this review. The rice pilaf is where the food loses its star along with the other infractions. I don't expect much, but it tasted artificial and had additives in it. I personally was not a fan. I am going to tear up over the brownie. Even thinking about it makes me want to run over to CJs and get one. I did not think the brownie could get any better than I got a corner brownie! I have never seen my fiance like sweets, so superb rating for the brownie with ice cream. It's inviting warm and chilled with a little bit of whipped cream. Also, it is a great way to end your dinners. I am intrigued by the cobblers, so maybe a 3rd smaller review for those will be in order. Overall food in 4 out of 5 stars. Drink 5 out of 5 stars.

First time going there tonight and we will be back. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The onion rings and firecracker shrimp appetizer were wonderful. Ordered the chicken fried chicken with veggies and it was delicious. Husband liked the steak medallions-they were cooked perfectly and my daughter ate all her fish and chips! When we walked in I saw tables that had these big beautiful handmade rolls and I was disappointed we didn’t get one even though we ordered three dinners…I thought I saw on the menu it came with bread..so I will just have to go back to try the bread…it looked homemade and yummy. Next time I’ll be sure to ask for the bread or order it if it didn’t come with the meal.

We knew what we wanted - nachos - and were like, "CJ's seems like a place that would have good nachos". Correct! Not only were our beef nachos and chicken nachos quite delicious, the service was friendly and good. The restaurant itself has a good vibe and seems to be well maintained. There are plenty of TVs and it looks like a fun place to watch a game, too. Maxline Dry Irish Stout beer was good, but not great; that only means we'll have the pleasure of trying another of the many choices at CJ's next time.

Came back into this place because I live just around the corner and there’s still good vibes. Stefen greet me from behind the bar with a smile. They’ve got a great selection of drinks I was just getting out because I was getting my brakes done and this was the perfect spot to spend a drink and soak up the chill, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere.

I ordered the chocolate milk out during happy hour, and it was only six bucks

I’d recommend this place to anyone in the area that wants a place to have a drink

Everything was so yummy! I got the chipotle chicken salad, and my dad got the original ribs. Thanks for a great dining experience!

Great little place in the corner. We stopped in for a late brunch early lunch over the weekend and were presently surprised by the atmosphere, and friendliness of the staff. Go check out their patio when the weather warms as I could enjoy sitting there people watching.

The food was amazing and different. My husband ordered biscuits and gravy with potatoes and sourdough. The bread is homemade, you can see it and the menu tells you that. But that is what made this, is that it is all homemade. I ordered a Messy Jess and here is what made this sandwich is that they used real turkey, not deli meat and it was nice a thick slices, but not too thick that you needed that Thanksgiving nap afterwards. Others with us ordered a burger, French Onion soup, which smelled amazing and they said the broth was like bone broth it was so flavorful and a BLT, which they bacon was not strips of bacon but sliced bacon slats..yummy!!!

Go in and give them a try, its a great little place to sneak away and have a conversation and a meal.

Got lunch to go. Different take on BLT. Sandwich delicious, Mac and cheese delicious. Service is always friendly and quick . Bartender lovely and makes great recommendations . On 2nd visit I had French Onion Soup and Salmon. This place never disappoints and while wait was longer on Sunday .It's well worth wait

Joelle was amazing as a sever. We came in with a large party right at noon when you expect lunch rush. Great service and am amazingly helpful server. The senior living group I work with will be returning!

The food was delicious! The parm garlic cheese curds... OMG..

Service was great. Drinks are good. Prices are decent. They have brunch sat-sun so I will have to try it. Definitely will be back.

I had a most amazing experience here today; we are in town from Illinois visiting family and we wanted to have brunch. I have pork allergies and the menu did not have turkey or chicken sausage options (I'm eggs & sausage guy). I would have gladly made something else work but the owner quickly offered to run to the store and bring in turkey sausage for me, WOW! Great food, outstanding service, great value! This place is definitely worth a visit!

I was so impressed with this food got the loaded zucchini and it was amazing. Very feeling and put together nicely and the taste was so good. Meat was tender and very well seasoned. Will keep going back🙂 sorry picture only half left. so yummy

Chicken fried chicken was perfect. Side grilled vegetables, zucchini, carrots and broccoli. Mashed potatoes home made with wonderful flavor and not totally mashed, very good

The Garden of the Gods sandwich was amazing. Everything on it was so fresh. Sweet potato fries were the bomb. Oh and Wills Bloody Mary was perfection.

Had a wonderful Mother's Day brunch. Loved the free Cinnamon Rolls and the coffee is delicious! Free Mimosas or Champagne for those who like that and lots of families celebrating their Moms. Thank you CJs for a lovely time complete with music on the patio. Also great Hollandaise sauce, thank you for letting me substitute tomato and spinach for the meat! #vegetarian #liveyourabundantlife My family is why I love having time freedom and flexibility working from home and I can set all of it down for our wonderful celebrations!!

Great little spot. My server/bartender has always been very genuine to who they are and not just your typical server/bartender. Food has always been on point.

This place is awesome. We love it there. We bring the dogs to the patio, we love the food, love the live music, love the atmosphere.!!!

Delicious food. Went for brunch. Great outside patio during beautiful weather. They have umbrellas and heaters if needed
