Matthew was great and went above and beyond any customer service help I ever experienced from T-Mobile. I really appreciated his help and highly recommend.

Based on past experiences with other mobile carriers, I was somewhat hesitant to make a switch, however making the switch to T-Mobile was the right decision and Nicholas helped me to make that decision. He and the T-Mobile Customer Service Team were very professional and gave me the feeling they truly appreciated my business. Thank you Nicholas and T-Mobile.

Talking with Jose and Devon was phenomenal! We were able to keep a conversation for over an hour while my old phone was transferring to my upgraded phone. Made me feel like they appreciated my business and I will be coming back here for anything regarding T-Mobile!

Devon was very helpful in figureing out what to do with my destroyed phone. Borke the screen in in two different spots and couldn't see anything. Totally black screen. She helped me make a claim to get a new phone. And gave me a couple of ideas on how to get the information from the broken phone. That worked! She's awesome. 🙂

Devon made the whole process easy and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me with a watch and earbuds as well as my new phone! I am super happy with the service and if I have any more questions I will come back and request Devon to help me set things up.

Shay B. (the Store Manager) and Asala (one of the Associates) [at store #1283 at Briarwood Mall] deserve all the stars there are for their exceptionally patient, compassionate, competent, and honest service when I asked for their help to correct the error caused at another store. They spent a combined 5 hours working on my prepaid card, talking to tech support, talking to the Assistant Manager of the store that caused the problem, etc. Although Briarwood is not the closest location to my house, I will be bringing my business to them from now on.

T mobile at Briarwood is the stuff, very professional and Roderick was awesome, he was the only salesman that could talk me out of my grandfathered contract, he found all the discounts I qualified for and assisted me in purchasing accessories!!!!!! Service is a 10 10 10

The assistant manager there is very helpful and answers my questions without seeming rushed or rude. Trust me, some of my questions can seem pretty dumb but he wasn’t demeaning at all which put me at ease when signing up for a plan! Go to this store! You’ll thank me later.

I am a longtime Sprint customer, about 20 years, and was not looking forward to the switch to T-Mobile. But the staff at the Briarwood Mall location helped change my mind.
I was at the store in October to pay off the balance on my phone and have them unlock the service so that I could switch to a new carrier. Courtney was very kind and understanding of my desire to switch and helped get that step done quickly. I then went about choosing where I wanted to move my service and found that other carriers were not going to be substantially cheaper than T-Mobile and there could be big charges if I exceeded my monthly plan. So, the day that my contract with T-Mobile was to end (insert eyeroll emoji here), I went to the Briarwood store to reestablish my account. Victor and Courtney were exceedingly helpful! I had not been able to receive or make calls and texts and they were able to sort out the problems by retrieving my phone and watch numbers and putting my plan back together as it had already been cancelled. They were honest with me every step of the way.
You may be able to find cheaper phone services, but after my experience, I doubt that you can find better phone service. Kudos to all of the staff at Briarwood Mall's T-Mobile store and especially Victor and Courtney!

Devon was so helpful when my phone was doing some weird nonfunctional thing. She sat with me until it worked again and also fixed my broken screen protector. Thanks!

Devon was my rep and took more time with me and provided better service then I have ever received from a mobile phone company.

This store provided me with the best retail experience i have ever had. The wait was long since its a busy store but the reps and management made sure to let me know that they were aware of my presence. And when my turn came up, they were very helpful and Dustin took the time to assist me thoroughly and quickly. I walked out with everything i needed (and more) and i am happy with all of my purchases. Strongly recommend this store!

Victor and all of the guys working there on 09/10/17 were incredibly friendly and approachable! This was, by far, the best experience that we've ever had when wanting to transfer our service from another carrier. Victor was extremely helpful, professional, and patient.
