Place is awesome. New look good is great . Specially grilled chicken sandwich french fries e are among the best. Renovated nice facility

Long line but they were quick... I did ask for two burgers just bread n meat only and got this lol it was funny though

The people who work here are the hardest working people you will ever meet. If the soda machine/kiosks seem a little disorganized..it's because of the sheer amount of people serviced daily.

Not a bad place although it seamed we had to repeat order quite a few times overall everything was correct

I went to the McDonald's in derby (hopefully the correct one I am reviewing) on rt 34. I have been here several times but this time, the crew was awesome and patient with me and my kids all having separate orders. They had to use gift cards up but they were treated with respect in the manner of not just annoying kids ordering. The team was awesome and I only wish I got their names.

I treat myself maybe 2 or 3 times a year, when I do, this is the location. Nice and clean inside, always fresh food....fries hot ALWAYS. That's important. Nice location.

I'd like to compliment the worker Isaiah i believe his name is. His very kind every time I go through the drive through and is always happy to help if there is ever an error with my order which doesn't happen often. Shout out to him.

They got a great bunch of people who work there. They seem to be with it and for the most part actually do look like they enjoy what they are doing...not just there to collect a check like most people these days. And they very rarely screw the order up

Awsome, always treated as first class. Service is great. I asked for 3 of the sausage, cheese mcmuffins from the dollar menu and to create me a triple sausage and cheese mcmuffin and check it out. Is the bomb!!!!!!! And when they ask what to do with the other bread. I said my dog also enjoys McDonald's. Lol. 👍

Everything else is good , the only thing I would say is they need to master the control of sugar. So if you get coffee ask for sugar on the side . This is not a one time moment that I've experienced this is of years of experience.

Great service, they're very clean, have very nice employees, great covid practice, they make sure everyone is wearing their mask, everyone practice great social distancing. Great play. I recommend going here.

This is one of the rare McDonald's that one can easily call a luxury, whether it's because it is newly-built and thus offers an air of freshness or for its courteous staff is another matter.

The decor, French fries, sandwiches only add to the list of things to crave in this fast food joint...

Had a great breakfast there, it was even brought over to our table. Nice background music too.

I frequently stop at this location in Derby for everything from coffee to a meal.
The food is always prepared well and the staff is always courteous and ready to go the extra step. Great Job!

Fast enough drive thru service on a busy Saturday afternoon. Staff seemed friendly and pleasant and food was good.

this McDonald's is the best customer service is always excellent fries are always perfectly cooked they do multiple orders correctly andwill give you anything you need very quickly extra salt napkins they are correct with the orders 99 to 100% of the timeI recommend this McDonald's anybody living in the derby ansonia neighborhood or just passing through it is excellent!🍟🍟🍔🍔🥤🥤😋😋😍😍😇🤔💭💭😃😍👀

Cheaper coffee than other local mickey d's. Same coffee but a dollar any size. Always see people we know there too. Always hot and fresh.
