Valvoline Instant Oil Change

New to the area, new place for our vehicles to get their oil changed.
Great, friendly service.
Fast, efficient. Everything was explained up front. I got to stay in my vehicle- appreciated.

Quick and easy. And they have notes on file to know what you need. I sent my 16yr old daughter to get an oil change and she completed the task seemlessly!

It was fast. I answered 2 sentences paid and drove off. I was greeted and dismissed with a smile and genuine care.

Staff was efficient and spent time explaining what my car needed. Wait time was a little long,but they were extremely busy .

They saved my new Car from engine damage. When going in for an oil change that checked everything to make sure my car would be safe. They found CARMAX overfilled my oil. (I called CarMax to check what oil they put in, They put conventical oil in a turbocharged car! Huge red flags!!!) They also found oil in the airbox/filter since the oil level was so high. They did not have the filter in stock, but I went to my nearest auto part store and bought one. Never listen to CARMAX! They almost cost me months of repair time. They even got mad that I got the oil changed and corrected their huge mess up on my own!

Thank you, and your service techs for making repairs/suggestions so that my Vehicle would be operating properly. Awesome service. They will not try to upsell you.

Thank you for explaining everything to me. One of the managers also took the time to show me how to reset my oil filter and engine mileage on my screens, so I'm really appreciative of this. I think his name was Francis. He also had patience with training the new employee who also did a great job as she was trying very hard to explain things to me without assistance. The only suggestion that I would make is to have a better system for who goes next. I sat for 30 minutes at 1 door, and because I did not choose the right door, a car was able to pull right in after waiting 5 minutes and I still was waiting after she was done and pulled off.

Staff was friendly,service was quick once I was in the service bay. There are coupons available online as well

The workers were so freaking nice...what a breath of fresh air compared to most customer service employees lately. They explained everything well and we're super kind in the process. Everything went smoothly and was finished so quickly...about 15 minutes (as expected). Would recommend this place to everyone!

Got an oil change, plus they checked my fluids, lights, air filter, etc. The manager, Adriana, and her crew were fantastic — very professional and friendly. Paid more than I usually do for the oil change but would go back due to the great service.

I took my husband’s truck to Valvoline and we noticed a oil leaking after couple days. I took the truck back, they checked and realized there was a loose cap. They were respectful, efficient
and resolved the issue immediately. Definitely a business that takes responsibility for their work. I will definitely come back and recommend them.

Very nice, clean, and organized. Crew worked together like a well trained team. They were helpful in servicing my truck and making sure it was inspection ready, recommending replacing burnt out bulb and windshield wipers. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Valvoline is always an efficient way to get your oil changed. They use quality product and keep track of your record of any other maintenance that you do through them. They also have the best battery warranty that I've found.

I go here a lot when I don’t wanna do it myself and it’s always a pleasure, quick in and out. I don’t blame them for the current issues on my vehicle like most people do because that’s not there fault. I see a lot of complaints and mostly coming from spoon fed entitled people. These people work there a$$ off so if u want it done perfect then y’all do it yourself. I’ve never had and issue and if I did I’m sure they would resolve it.

My service was so great. It was so quick and the man who helped me, Kyle, was so nice and explained everything, recommended needed additional services, but wasn't overly pushy about them, and everything was just great. Great customer service. Definitely will go again for all my future oil changes. And price was great. By the way, in response to another review, I'm a girl and i did fine. No one tried to push any thing more than an oil change onto me. I said I would consider the additional services for another time and he printed out a piece of paper of services that showed how often honda recommends services. And i was very happy for it because i probably would have forgotten what he told me. There was no difference that I was a girl.

They have friendly staffs and knowledgeable technicians who will perform the tasks quickly and with the right quality. No need to get out of your car as they advertise.

Tried Valvoline today for the first time, since I had some time. Wonderful experience, very professional, friendly technicians and quick service. I recently visited this store for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency of of their services. The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and and very professional. I didn't have to leave my car which is incredibly helpful when I have my kid! We were able to find a great coupon online and overall just had an easy time. I will definitely be going back! :)

Ive gone on multiple cross country road trips (and about to do another one) and have had a handful of questions. Other locations I always feel rushed so I never asked them, but I asked them and they answered them and they gave me such great advice.

I was there close to closing time and they even had someone roll up 5 minutes before closing time and they all still greeted them as they did all the other customers!

Friendly and fast. Used a digital coupon no problem. They’ll politely suggest other services so be prepared to hold firm unless you want the convenience of other things replaced.
