Staff is very eager to help. One young lady that was helping me had answer's to all of my questions. Not once did she seem unsure of any answer to a question I asked about. A friend of mine was looking for a lap top. I was just along for the ride but I enjoyed window shopping for Google maps. The young lady never seemed annoyed with me. Thank you guy's keep up the Great work😉.

Gigi was super friendly and helpful! The process was fast and any questions we had she answered. We even had our order delivered within 2 days of being there! Definitely recommend!

We went into RAC after a long day of driving to set up delivery on our stuff. GIGi was the most wonderful employee I have every meet. She answered everything an even walked us throw putting in our orders cause we live 3 hours away right now. She is the only reason we came back to the store and will be the only person we see when we get the rest of our house set up..

Fantastic customer service. From the person that answered the phone to the general manager. Rent-A-Center was able to accommodate my needs for a short term rental on a refrigerator. They were eager to help me while I was in a bind and salvaged a family vacation for guests at our condo in PCB. Thanks so much! This kind of customer service is frequently hard to come by. Went to the ReGrand Opening. The store looks fantastic and the staff were very nice. Jason explained the rental program to me and I was very pleased with the washer and dryer we selected. The delivery was on time and the guys were super nice and very cautious during the delivery and setup. I highly recommend this location.

Gigi was such great help she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.. they didn’t have what I wanted in store so she ordered it for me and put me into something else while I waited for my order to come in.

This is the best place to rent the manager jason goes above and beyond to get the best deals and nicest sets you can have. He even helped deliver our items. He is always friendly. The other man, who's delivered twice for us now is on time and an amazingly hard worker. This is the best matched team and we highly recommend this location.

I absolutely love the Rent a center on 23rd street. All of the employees are always very nice and are willing to work with you in any situation. I have gotten my furniture, bed, deep freezer..etc. from them and will continue to do so!! Definitely 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love this store got me my gaming labtop, frigerator, full king queen beds and two ac units chris and the guys are great people and good price items monthy to me i give 5 stars

I have a very awesome experience with a young lady named Miss Gigi at the 23rd Street Rent-A-Center store in Panama City Florida I came in here to make a payment for my roommate on her refrigerator and I saw a electric bike that interests me I've been forgot it and I have enjoyed it since then I thoroughly enjoy the store and my new electric bike and Miss Gigi was absolutely supportive and well-mannered throughout the entire interaction

When I say I had the most wonderful experience of my life and it doesn't happen to be very many..but the sales associate Ms.Gigi...she is phenomenal..the best .she should be managing..but she was hands on..very concerned about my likes and dislikes..made sure I was happy and tooken care of..went out her way to ensure I was in good hands..service was over the top more than just 5 stars and I'm not just talking..but I recommend everyone to go to the rent a center on 23rd Street in Panama city Florida..ask for Gigi..thank you so much for everything..
