We are Truckers from Orlando, FL and needed our dog groomed on short notice. We were able to make an appt at Voice of America location. We have used petsmart several times (other locations) and never been impressed. But, Debbie did the best job ever! We were so happy with the clip, smell and softness. I couldn't ask for a better job. She said he was the sweetest ever to groom. We are very happy with all that she done from grooming to customer service. Thank you Debbie!

One stop destination for all ur pet needs

My go to for crickets, dog stuffies that get destroyed, and other basic pet needs. Easy in and out. Staffing is consistently an issue, but no points off for that since that's a problem everywhere. It's good socialization for my dog, and I love that I can take my dogs in to try things on as needed. Harnessew are hard to fit dogs with a big chest girth, and trying on is key.

Hannah and Olivia did a great job with both our pup's grooms. They were both very happy and feel so much better

The staff is always friendly here and the store is always clean whenever I visit.
I get my dog's rawhides here because I can't find these specific ones anywhere else. There is a large selection of chewies and treats and they usually have good sales on them. I definitely recommend.

We came in to buy my son his first pet, a hamster. We were pleasantly surprised with the service we received from Emily. She was so knowledgeable about the animals, and all of the products we will need to care for it. She explained to us the differences in the types of hamsters and took the time to hold one and make sure it would be a good fit for my son. She shared her own experiences with her hamster at home, which made us very secure in all of her recommendations.

A large variety of pet supplies for almost any type of animal. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. We use this store for all our pet needs. Always fun to look at some of the live animals on site too.

Showed up right at opening on accident, they were so nice and friendly in the morning, went above and beyond to help me out and provided great door to door service!

Every one was so considerate and empathetic for our visit today with Molly. The euthanasia process they provide was so understanding of what my wife and Molly needed. Thanx so much for all that you folks did for us this afternoon.

Staff was amazing! I watched an employee run through the parking lot to give them a left item. They so bad adorable pride stuff!

Love my petsmart in VOA. They always friendly with my dachshunds and I. Very helpful and knowledgeable when I ask questions . Lucy sleeping with all her new toys she got today. Playing and being a puppy is hard work.

Fair amount of customers. Two checkouts were open so purchase was smooth and fast.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. We love this location. We bring our dog Nala in with us on most visits and she always gets lots of pets from the people working. Good selection of products as well. My son loves coming into see the displays with snakes and lizards and kittens and birds. We always leave smiling!

We absolutely love the way that the patrons treat us and our dog Duke. Instead fact we rescued Duke at Pet Smart about six years ago. Very happy we did! We always like shopping there and so does our dog. He checks out everything in the snack and toy isle. The people who work there are always very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Very clean and tidy store. A very good mixture of exotic pets also there. Checking out is always fast and our dog waits for the treat that they gives him. I love this store and highly recommend anyone to become a constant customer there.

If not for these stores I'd never find anything for cats. I swear general stores hate cats. Thank you for being here.

Quick and friendly staff. Even when you need something from a display or case they're happy to help. Usually not that busy, just the normal slow steady stream. Now close to Crumbl among other good places so a trip to this location can be worthwhile.

The staff has gone above and beyond. The store honors its brand to a fault. Always timely and easy to work with. 10 out of 10. Be sure if you're in the Cincinnati area to visit the V.O.A. location. The team is 2nd to none.

Love taking my dog here for his grooming. We are not picky about his cut at all and always get a short cut so we only have to come every 4 months or so. :) our dog doesn't like to be brushed nor his paws touched but he is always happy when we pick him up, so we know he is treated really well by the staff. I recommend :)
