Daniel arrived on time and conducted a thorough assessment of our HVAC system. He took the time to go over issues and provided photos to readily understand. Prices were very reasonable and work was done efficiently. Definitely recommend. Highly professional!

My technician, Daniel, was very professional and courteous. His prior service call took longer than expected. When he was not able to make it to the appointment on time, I chose to wait rather than reschedule. The visit was near the end of the day, so we both wound up staying late while he tracked down a difficult problem with my HVAC system. He gave it his full attention and care, even though I am sure he wanted to make it home after a long day. First thing the next morning, the manager at Watkins reached out to apologize for the late visit and offered a way to make up for the inconvenience. I very much appreciate the attention to customer satisfaction as well as thoroughness. An uneventful visit may have resulted in a five star review with some generic comments, but it was the way this company handled the complicated visit that warrants five stars AND my sincere expression of appreciation for their level of customer care. Every business encounters obstacles from time to time, even mistakes that could have been avoided. The important thing is not whether the event occurred, but how they dealt with it. Watkins employs professional, courteous, competent people, and they treat their customers with care and respect. Thank you!

My 22 year old Trane system stopped working. Even though it was just a blower motor failure I knew it was a matter of time before I would need a new system. I called Watkins and they scheduled David to come out and quote me a new system. He did a great job talking me through different options. I had done my research on equipment but David gave me insight about my home that really helped me decide the best path. He also made it very easy to get the purchase financed. Raphael, Jason and Matthew with Watkins came out to do our install as scheduled. They communicated exactly what they were going to do and they replaced my AC, Furnace and water heater in one day! I can't say enough about the quality of the install and the level of service the Watkins team provides. I went with a variable speed AC and furnace so it is quiet and we are extremely comfortable. 3rd time service after new home purchase. Chris has been out each time and is excellent. Respectful. Easy to talk to and will answer questions thoroughly providing great advice and recommendations. Services performed are done efficiently and everything is always clean when leaving.

Dustin was very knowledgeable about my system and identified the problem right away. He also found a potential problem with the compressor drawing more current than it should due to the lack of a start capacitor not installed by the manufacturer. Faulty contractor was replaced and a start capacitor installed very quickly. AC works great!!

Nick is an absolute rockstar! He's very knowledgeable, personable and he answered every question as well as addressed all my concerns. From this day forward, Watkins will be the heating and cooling company I will contact when needed and I'll share this with my family and friends.

Although just scheduled maintenance was performed today, Brian was professional and personable. He was thorough in explaining all do the intricate details to me about the upcoming need to replace my heat pump. I highly recommend!

Thank you, thank you. Nick was quick to get here and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Being without heat since Friday and being tossed with no help from Stevenson heating and no one to call in fixing oil furnaces I was loosing all hope. Being told multiple lies from Stevenson. I was reassured through Nick that there was hope through his knowledge of my furnace and its quality. This was my first time using Watkins. One I will trust and use for futures to come.
