Pizza Hut

I originally put in an order thru the Pizza Hut app and once I received my order and started eating it there was an issue with the pineapple on the pizza. We took it in and spoke with the manager Mark and he was absolutely phenomenal in taking care of our issues. He checked out the issue then made sure to apologize and immediately corrected it by making me brand new food to replace the one that was messed up. He was not only accountable but very professional and happy to correct any issues we had! Will definitely continue ordering from there!

The pizza, Alfredo chicken pasta, chicken wings, cinnamon sticks, and brownie were all delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Highly recommended!

Sometimes my order is always correct, but they always make it right staff. There are amazing and they work hard to understand so they will always have my loyalty.

We just ordered a few orders of the parmesian and garlic breadstics. So good. Forgot to photo it.

I took my son to get a small pizza not realizing the time I came before it even opened. The gentleman asked what I needed and said they aren't open yet and I said I'll come back. He asked me the order and when I came back at opening time it was already to go. Very prompt and polite service. My son said it was the best pizza he's ever had

Place was very clean and the staff was very nice and polite and helpful and I was their to get a delivery order but the kept me up on the estimated time for the food to be ready for me

We walked in to order and within 15 minutes our food was made n we were out the door.

As a delivery person and customer, this is one of the few restaurants in Carbondale that I have come to expect everything to be correct, timely, and the service to be friendly. Will continue to order from here. Oh, and some of the online carryout deals can't be beat for value and that is also incredibly important to me.

I love Pizza Hut! It is so good! They're very quick at making their pizzas. It won't take forever for it to be ready and to pick up. I'm not familiar with the delivery because delivery usually takes longer. So, the best thing to do is calling your order or order online, go through the drive up, and you will have your pizza super fast.

The order was filled promptly. ?When we got it home, we ate right away. And it was delicious as always. We love Pizza Hut pizza! We so missed you when you were closed due to COVID issues! Glad you are back!!

Everything was great I ordered that day to feed my team at the local SIH covid testing site. They had been working without complaint testing more than 500 people for covid this past week so i bought lunch to thank them.

Food was excellent (perfect!), it was ready quickly, and staff was personable (despite seeming short-staffed, they were friendly and got to me as quickly as possible).

I sometimes go out of my way an order from here and drive from Carbondale to pick it up because the pizza is better than most of the pizza joints in my area and not to mention cheaper. The staff have always been friendly every time and the pizza is really good.

Very friendly people. Not sure why there stars were so low. Everything was fine the service the food everything. Even gave my daughter some crayons and paper so she could color.

Don't judge this Hut from the exterior and the parking lot. Both need a little TLC. Inside is nice and clean and people were great. Will go back
