I had the BEST experience shopping for my wedding dress at Love and Lee. A beautiful boutique with plenty of selection and styles. I absolutely adored how intimate, relaxing and personal the appointment was. Kelsey & Corinne are 10/10!
As I was in a time crunch, I texted with Kelsey prior to my appointment letting her know my style and price point. She had the dresses set out for me before I arrived which I loved! Connie was super fun, helpful and patient. She made me feel like a movie star!

If I could rate this store higher than 5 stars, I would. I was feeling very defeated having visited countless bridal stores in Ontario and Quebec. As soon as I entered Love and Lee Bridal, Kelsey and her team made me feel so supported in my journey to find the right dress. Love and Lee has an excellent selection of designer gowns, including some brands which are only offered in a handful of stores across Canada (e.g. Rachel Rose gowns). Kelsey clearly puts a lot of thought into the dresses she selects. The customer service was the best I experienced by far. Kelsey and her team were extremely helpful, patient and attentive, and I never felt pressured into anything. I never expected to find this level of quality and service in a small place like Cornwall, definitely worth the trip out!

I went to Love and Lee back in December to shop for a wedding dress. Kelsey was SO kind and uplifting.. I felt like a model trying on all the dresses at the boutique and can't imagine anyone feeling differently shopping with Kelsey! Her boutique is very cute and she has a variety of wedding dress styles. I went to 3 other wedding dress stores after visiting Love & Lee and none of them even compared to the level of customer service as here. I would highly recommend Love & Lee to anyone looking for a wedding dress! What a fun experience :)

Amazing experience at Love and Lee bridal! The ladies were absolutely amazing! Wonderful selection, the assistant was great! They really took their time! We were there for 2hrs and tried on many many dresses! They had beautiful touches to make it a great experience too! From the sign with my name on it coming in, the bottle of champagne when I said Yes, the picture with the wings! 10/10 recommend!

If I could give more stars I would. Excellence in customer service is at the core of this amazing boutique. Kelsey is attentive, has incredible taste and her curated selection of gowns is surely going to please most brides.

Don't bother going to the bigger boutiques, you won't find an experience parallel to what Kelsey can offer.

Where to begin. My experience at Love & Lee was nothing short of magical. From the moment I walked through the door, Kelsey and Brenda make you feel like you are the most important person in the room. Kelsey is an absolute gem - she's pleasant, kind and incredibly accommodating.

This boutique is truly a stand out! You can't find a more comfortable and inviting place. The ambiance is elegant and inviting with a huge selection of dresses. The whole area is yours so you don't have to worry about multiple people accessing the boutique with you. Kelsey listened to everything I told her and worked tirelessly to make sure that I had exactly what I needed. She is like your best friend- you can't go wrong! She helped me find the dress (the special one that makes you cry!) She also makes it personal and gets to know you and your style before giving you selections. After searching long and hard at other boutiques, I found Kelsey's dresses are so modern and beautiful! Whether you're searching for a classic silhouette or a more modern design, you're sure to find the gown of your dreams here.

Kelsey is an absolute gem! Going into the shop, I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted and she helped me narrow it down. Kelsey was kind, helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the entire appointment. She checked in with me one-and-one and took extra care to ensure that I felt comfortable the entire time. I would recommend Love and Lee (both the bridal and apparel shop) to anyone. I rarely write reviews, but Kelsey deserves recognition for the lovely shop she's built.

I went into Love and Lee looking for a dress for my step daughter for our wedding. Curious, I looked around for an alternate dress for myself. Kelsey picked out the perfect dress for me. For a second wedding, I wanted something that wasn't so traditional. She recommended a seamstress to customize the dress for me. I absolutely LOVED my dress!! Great personal service and attention at Love and Lee, both from Kelsey and her mom. Thank you!!

Kelsey was extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the shop was so intimate and welcoming (with a stellar playlist in the background). I would absolutely recommend making the drive out of the big cities to experience Kelsey, her shop, and her collection of dresses. Found THE dress in about an hour and it was handpicked by her ♥♥

I've been to Love & Lee many times before and this is hands down my favorite clothing store to shop at in Cornwall. The clothing quality is amazing and lots of unique apparel to choose from! Kelsey has always been so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walk into the store and even on her social media platforms. I always feel like a VIP when I walk in. A family member of mine bought me some clothes from Love & Lee for Christmas last year in a size too big, and it was a hassle free experience exchanging them. I will continue returning to Love & Lee for their beautiful clothing, accessories, and home goods!

I absolutely loved my experience at Love and Lee! It was my first experience trying on wedding dresses so I didn't know what to expect but Kelsey made me feel so comfortable and really took time to listen to what I liked and didn't like. Love and Lee is a very chic intimate bridal boutique. I highly recommend any bride to Love and Lee. Kelsey is professional, very understanding and patient. She takes the time to really listen to what you like and don't like and accommodates to the best of her ability ! Kelsey is so lovely, working with her was a very easy going, stress free experience. She goes above and beyond for customer service and because of this wedding dress shopping was simple, fun and very exciting ! The shop is elegantly designed, with the perfect amount of privacy in the back for wedding dress appointments, almost forget the front of the shop is a small boutique. (With some adorable finds btw) Overall I definitely recommend Love and Lee to all future brides (especially the indecisive ones)

Where to even begin! Prior to my appointment, Kelsey explained the process and put my nerves at ease. The studio is comfortable and so beautiful. The selection of dresses was plentiful and she allowed me to browse and pick out as many as I wanted to try on. Kelsey listened attentively and made me feel so special and important. We had so many laughs!! After only trying on 3 dresses, I found the dress of my dreams! I’m so thankful for this experience. I would 100% recommend Love and Lee to any future brides xoxo

EDIT! I wanted to add that shopping the apparel section is also amazing. There are always so many curated pieces available in a range of sizes. Whenever Kelsey is in the store, it always feels like you’re shopping with your best friend!
