I'm going to tell you right now...I don't know if I've ever given a fast food joint a 5 star...but, I was traveling back from GA, my family had several emergencies. I ordered 2 soft and 2 hard shell taco supremes, asked for 10 fire and 10 hot sauces....Y'all I literally can not remember in my later adulthood where I have had food as it should be from a fast food restaurant, there was a good amount of meat, the tacos were full of ingredients, the staff was so nice. It made my night.

As American Mexican fast food goes..these guys really got it going on!

The service was fast. The young lady that waited on us was friendly. The food was good. I ordered the same thing I always order, the Nachos BellGrande combo. My two young nieces ordered the Cheesie Roll ups and those delicious Cinnamon Twists. The only downside to Taco Bell is they don't serve Coke products. I'm not a Pepsi product person. Coke just tastes so much better.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with fast food. My order was made quickly and was warm and enjoyable by the time i got home. My whole family enjoyed and the staff was very kind and i saw nothing but smiles. The manager mystalin deserves a raise because she is doing something right!

I came through tonight (11-22) having the worst day but the person in drive through lifted my spirits. He was so patient,helpful and couldn't have been any more kinder of a person. Above and beyond with customer service.

I did a online order 9/15/22. I received my food and made it home to find out it wasn't right and the shells for the pizzas was fried in old grease. It wasn't good. But, things happen. Called up there to let them know and the manager was super nice. Told us he would give us our money back or replace it. We live a good 30 mins away so we didn't make it back there until today, 9/20/22. Get there and ask for the manager that we talk to on the phone, he wasn't there. The manager that was there said it was fine and she would make it. The guy running drive thru and front counter, amazing! So sweet and a very friendly attitude. Things happen, it's all about how it's handled and they handled it very well.

I always get my food quickly and usually correct. Love stopping here for food - I know I'll be satisfied.

The young lady at the counter was nice and friendly. More than patient with me and a huge shout out to the line workers who caught their mess up and corrected it rather than just sending it on with out a care. Good job, happy customer here!

The folks working at the Rainsville Taco Bell are the friendliest folks! Just next door at McDonalds, they don't even smile much.. very unfriendly. That shows how good the management is at Taco Bell 🔔 👌

It was super fast and these guys are relentless at making ya grub. They can't take a stop because it's a team effort to get you your good food. So think about that before you get mad at one of the employees due to time in line or a mistake. They don't get to stop working at all if some one is in the store or drive through.

Clean restaurant, great fresh food, and friendly staff. Rainsville Taco Bell is the best in North Alabama.

Usually busy in the afternoons but the staff is fairly quick with orders.

I just got through eating a burger. I was checking my taco bells notifications and I am craving just a plain ole hard shell taco . I shouldn't even be hungry. Im going to eat at taco bell the next time my wife and I eat out. They are a little bit high on their sodas. $3.29 for a small drink . Still good food.

This Taco Bell is the best one I have ever been to. The staff were friendly, the place was clean and the food was perfect! After visiting the Taco Bell in Scottsville, KY this one was like eating at a 5 star restaurant. There was a banner hanging in the dining area they received for being the best and I'm here to tell you that they definitely earned it.

I’m not huge on Taco Bell but since eating here, and since we live so close.. I want to go back several days out of the week😂
The Cheesy Gordita Crunch is 💯👌🏼😍PERFECTION!
The only negative is the long lines they always have. But it’s definitely worth the wait!
