The cashier exemplified hospitality. Super kind while running the whole front of house. Food was amazing, but we have come to expect that on the Central Coast. Carnitas Burrito was perfect. Pork tender and juicy with zero blobs of fat.
Salsa bar is legendary!

The crispy taco live up to the hype. They are both huge, perfectly seasoned, and in a homemade crunchy shell. The service was fast and all our groups food came out perfect despite customization. Super friendly and amazing staff.

Excellent mexican food that won't break the bank. Flavorful and delicious beyond words. Will make the 100 mile trip to eat at this restaurant 😋

Amazing variety and so delicious horchata. We tried their special chimichanga, the vegetarian version and were not disappointed. The service was good and well taken care of.
The guac and salsa was all fresh and that is how I measure my Mexican food. So, a good 5 on 5.
The rates are good and they have ample parking space right outside.

So we were looking for something to eat in Buellton, and after two failed attempts (one restaurant was out of our favorite dish and the other was closed), we stumbled into this place at the Albertson's shopping center. We were so hungry and we just went for it and boy did we eat good!

I ordered the Torta de carne al pastor and an horchata to drink The serving size is perfect for the cost of the food and it came with chips on the side. The chips are perfect to scoop the food that falls out of the torta. There is plenty of filling in the torta so trust me, food will squeeze out.

The restaurant's atmosphere is not the greatest, and there are no servers. You order your food at the counter and it is taken to your table semi fast food style. However, the staff kept on checking on us making sure we were enjoying our food and we had all that we needed. So between the friendly staff, the few Mexican decor, and the great food; it's enough to keep me wanting to go back for more.

I think I just found my new favorite spot to eat in Buellton.

First time here and I was blown away with how good the food was. The California nachos are so good. The girl asked me if I wanted to add another meat and I was like wait it says fajitas right and she said yeah. But never mentioned it had no meat. 🤦🏻‍♀ But omg those nachos were still delicious even though they were vegetarian. 😁 we also ordered the picante burrito and oh man that is delicious too!!! I finally got to try the meat in the burrito and that was so good!!! We are only here over night so I plan to go back and get more!!! 💕 we are so glad we came here and highly recommend it.

We love this place! Delicious food, good salsa bar includes pickled onions and radishes. Has excellent specials. Mid service place, not fancy at all. Prices a little higher than you may expect, but worth it.

If you've never had Rudy's, do yourself a favor and get over there and order a taco. You will be a believer! I also got a carnitas burrito to go along with my shredded beef taco. I came hungry and left stuffed. The pricing I'd say is slightly more than your average taco shop, but the quality is on point with the prices. Definitely worth it

Also have to mention they have a great salsa bar with 4-5 different salsas, jalapenos, pickled onions, and radishes .

Staff was super friendly and service was great. I went to the Buellton location this time but they have some locations in Santa Barbara also.

Rudy's in Buellton, Ca has the Best Authentic Mexican Food with CONSISTENCY!!! If you order a taco or Enchilada, order one because they are quite big. Whether you order Enchiladas, tacos or a combo plate, make sure and go hungry because you will be well served and by hardworking staff!!!

The staff is always nice. The food is always DELICIOUS. Basically, this place is just plain awesome. I love it.

Freaking great tacos, worth the stop! Crispy tacos are a beast and two is more than enough to be stuffed. Mind you the salsa bar, holy sauces Batman so many to choose from and all fresh!

Great authentic Mexican food, great staff as well, had a really great time eating lunch with friends here!

By far the best Mexican food restaurant in the valley! I always have a wonderful experience. From the customer service to the food quality A+ all around. I usually order the Gorditas plate and a drink. I love that their salsa bar is always clean and fully stocked. 10/10 recommend.

The chicken tacos are our go to every time, never dry and always full of flavor!

They have the best hard shell tacos! My favorite is chicken. They are so big and stuffed with meat, lettuce and cheese. There is so much that after your done eating your taco (or two of you can eat that many) you have a salad with the stuff that falls out. They also have a salsa bar that has many fresh options!! 😋 You should definitely give it a try!!

Their food is great...you get what pay for also the tacos de asada are about $3.25 for one but they add lots of meat and well seasoned...also the tortillas are handmade it is all worth it
