Great food and the service is amazing! They do have a play area at this one!

When does Chick-fil-A ever get less than five stars?? I went through the drive-through and ordered two market salads with several different choices of salad dressings to try.. I ended up with using a mixture of light Italian and a little bit of avocado dressing (because of the high calorie count in avocado dressing) the salad itself was fresh and there were lots of sliced up strawberries and apples.
I also ordered a kids meal of grilled nuggets and fries and of course everything was perfectly made. I went at lunchtime, so the lines were very long, and so was the wait time…but that’s expected with Chick-fil-A. There’s always a line, my daughter said it’s because, “that’s Jesus’ chicken.” 😊

I think you should go to Chick fil a because it has my favorite food like fries and hash browns it has great food service and atmosphere

Zane was fantastic. Incredibly professional and gave some of the best service I’ve seen in a long time from the younger generation. I’m in the hospitality industry so I have high expectations. The way he handled himself and me as a customer was impeccable. I highly recommend this Chi-fil-a because of Zane alone. Keep it up man!

Ordered on Uber eats and my order came in crazy fast considering how busy they were and my Uber delivery guy Alejandro was a step above top notch. All I was hoping for was a chicken sandwich, I didn't expect it to get delivered by a gentleman so polite and well dressed that I thought he was on his way to a 6 figure job interview. That man is going places ladies.

Stopped by on the way back home from vacation and glad we did! After having the worst travel day the day before full of flight delays and cranky kids, this Chick-fil-A was a much appreciated break! The Experience Managers Chuck and Cat were so pleasant and helpful, and everything about the restaurant inside was fantastic! 10/10!

You can't go wrong with the Lord's Chicken. The new Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwich was brought down from heaven by angels on a glorious beam of light and went straight into my belly.
It was "My Pleasure" to consume such Holy matrimony of God's great tasty creatures.

The service and the attitudes of the employees are exceptional, I have never been greeted by so many people at any fast food establishment, everyone was kind, and the service was prompt and the food was great. There was even a lady that came to our table and took our cups up and got them refilled, I felt like I was dinning at a five star restaurant. When we went to leave, an employee behind the counter, stopped what he was doing to tell us to have a good night, in this day and age, you don’t find that kind of service, especially at a fast food place. No wonder they have five stars.

Stopped at the HOLLAND OH store for some chicken nuggets and was immediately engaged by the manager Lydia who not only made sure my order was complete and accurate and grabbed my milk herself --my order was at my table before I could even sit down --all the employees went overboard to see if I needed anything then bussed my tray when I was finished eating .
Upon leaving Lydia again wished me have a good evening ----what awesome customer service sadly missing in todays fast paced world--you can be very proud of each of those Holland employees and managers

This is one of the places you never have to worry about getting your food you always get it. This place is great and will %1000 come back.

It was crazy busy, but they had my food to the table before I even sat down. The employees are always polite and pleasant. The food was delicious and accurate.

Great food and outstanding service. The closest one to where I live is a 50-minute drive away. We really enjoy the ambiance of this restaurant chain and eat there whenever we can.

Our tennis team stopped by on the way to our match and they were super friendly and quick! And Dawn kept us company while we waited for our food!

Price is crazy. Food is slipping from its top tier. Had a undercooked sandwich.
Service is still really good and the play set for kids is always a major plus.
Always going to give it a 5 star to offset bigots who review bomb.

It's been quite awhile since I've been to a Chick-fil-A! The food was great! Love the fruit option for the kiddos! People were super nice! The little play place we nice for the kids! The kids gave it two thumbs up! 👍🏽👍🏽

Best chick-fil-a EVER! No joke! We are in town visiting and my kids want to move here now because of our experience! Lol! Kiddos to every employee and whomever is running that ship!

We walked in behind a group getting off a bus. The line was more than half way through the restaurant. There was a minimum of 15 people in front of me. I waited about 1 minute then remembered you can order from the table. I sat down and ordered from the app. The food came within 2-3 mins of ordering. I also love that they hire mature, more stable employees, who are great in customer service. This restaurant is ALWAYS busy but they get through their customers quick and efficiently. Always a great experience here.
