I have gone with both of my daughters to their childrens well baby checkups with Dr Norman. She is very kind, informative, listens to your concerns, explains things that you ask about, etc. If you don't necessarily agree with something, she doesn't seem to take offense by it, and lets the parent make the final decision.

Staff is super rude and judgmental. Get off your high horse jennifer you're not better than anyone else and keep your patient's name out of your mouth. Seriously so rude.
