NoCo Fitness Loveland

My husband and I have been going to NoCo Fitness in Loveland for about 3 months. Ryan is our amazing trainer. We love the individualized workouts and the atmosphere of this gym. It is just what we needed to improve our health and strength at this point in our lives.

Been coming to NOCO Fitness since August. I am feeling better and stronger these past few months than I have for many years. Grace is great at listening to what I’m wanting to accomplish and tailoring my workouts to achieve my goals.

RJ has been my trainer for around 6 months. He works me hard yet is patient with me. He handles multiple clients simultaneously doing different workouts with ease. I've been working out for decades. RJ and NoCo Fitness helped me expand my workouts and took out the redundancy of my old routine. Thank you.

Man! I have been here since the open last year! I make the drive every week from Greeley to work with Rj. The equipment and hands on training is top notch. I love that this location is just for training. Rj doesn’t mess around and pushes me to get through every workout. Love the NoCo team!

I have been working out with Grace since the end of April. A minor vehicle accident halted me for about a month, but I’m back in the game now. Grace and RJ make working out so much fun and they are easy to work with. If something is tough to do, they will find something else to do that still works the muscles. I’m so glad to have found NoCo Fitness.

I started with RJ in Loveland just over 12 weeks ago, I’ve gained 3 lbs of muscle already!!! He makes working out fun and has elevated my fitness to the next level. I can’t imagine my week without him! If you’re looking for a fun, professional and effective work out routine he’ll listen to you’re goals and make it happen.

NoCo Fitness goes above and beyond to provide a clean environment with clean, working, equipment and the Loveland facility is no different. The personal trainers listen to my goals and work around any injuries I might have, to help me continue to achieve results.

My kids go here and RJ is so helpful helping them achieve their goals into being healthy and losing weight. My son lost 10 pounds and gained muscle. Grace and RJ are AMAZING!
