I had the pleasure of meeting Assitant Manager Sonny and Trainee Jennifer on today for an oil change. They were very friendly and informative. Jennifer made sure all of my fluids were topped off and did I mention it was quick! Would definitely recommend this location.

Sonny was great! I liked that he asked for my sticker rather than reaching my my car to take it himself. Few things are more invasive than a random hand flying past your periphery. He respected my space and gave great service.

Awesome service. Very helpful and kind. Went the extra mile to keep cost low and also made sure the car up to quality. Will recommend. Sonny the technician that helped was so thoughtful and kind.

Eric was awesome! I came in for an oil change and air filter change. The location was out of filters, so he ordered one. The ppl said they would be there in 15 minutes, but it took a little longer. He was very communicative with me and kind.

These guys are ALWAYS kind, courteous, and prompt. I never feel pressured to get additional services, but always informed about what I may need. They're professional, polite, and they do it with a smile. It's a dirty job with a lot of people to deal with, but these folks are amazing!

Edit to add: I recently had to get additional services completed with them. They, once again, are truly awesome. I always leave happy with the service and the people there. These guys absolutely deserve all the credit!

Leo is the BEST and the nicest technician I ever met!! He was fast and smooth. His professional service was magnificent to check on my car. Strongly recommend to everyone! :)

Fantastic service! Gentleman named Eric was extremely courteous and friendly, explained everything I needed to know during my oil change (you even get to stay in your car while they do it!), including condition of my car and tires, and made a few recommendations to keep me safely driving. Transparent pricing and full service station that sells and installs tires, air filters, and almost anything else you need for your vehicle. Will return here for my car needs every time!

Govenor Grant and Dalandus gave me top notch service for our regular oil change and then explaining my tire options. I always feel confident that I can trust their work and suggestions. Quick, professional, and reasonably priced! The first oil change I got after moving to the area was at a different company— they had my car all day and charged me $300. I was like “is that what things are like in Alabama?!” I’m so glad I found this place instead, I was in and out in less than a half hour and paid a WAY more reasonable amount for an oil change. I’ll be coming here every time from now on. Thanks, Yohan! You’re the best!

I had a GREAT experience at Express Oil Change on Madison Blvd. Chris, my technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out for an oil change. Chris made suggestions but was pushy. Great customer service. That place was rocking with employees, getting customers in and out!!!
