I ordered tires online last night and noticed after it was placed I got the wrong size. I called the madison location this morning and Jeanluc answered and said we have the size you need in store come on in and we will get it taken care of. He was already waiting outside the store and knew exactly who I was. He then had Sutton handle the rest. These guys done amazing! very friendly. I never once ever felt cheated or lied to about anything. They were very kind and willing to help. They have the best customer service skills!! Love my new tires!! I will most definitely be back when I need tires again.

Went to the store with a screw in my tire today. Store hours on Saturday closes at 4pm but they were still there (I saw the hours on the door). I got there at 4:30pm because I did not know their hours until arriving. They removed the screw and made sure the tire was not leaking. Did not charge me anything. When I need new tires will remember this positive experience.

Came in for tires on my new wheels. They recommended a great set for rallycross and got them mounted in no time. The tires perform great! Nate was very friendly and knowledgeable

Came in to see if I needed the stems in my tires repaired. Andrew came and saw that it was an easier fix, and fixed me right up with new caps for the stems, and air in my tires. 10/10 customer service. I will be back for tire, and wheel related services. Thanks Andrew

The staff here were wonderful! Andrew was welcoming as soon as I came into the facility. I had all 4 tires changed, front brakes replaced, oil changed, and a car alignment. I didn’t make an appointment, but the staff was so kind and helpful and was able to do all of this for me the day I walked in. Thank you so much! I appreciate it! I've purchased three sets of tires here for three different vehicles and i've been exceptionally pleased. Andrew, the manager, went well above and beyond. Tyler, the service manager, was pretty good too.

I travel a lot with my job and today I had a nail in my tire contributing to a loss of air and impeding on my work travels. I stopped by a shop (that I’ll not mention here) close to my first stop of the day to see about having my tire plugged only to be told they were too busy to patch a tire…. Wanting to secure a location I could have my tire fixed prior to heading to my next stop I contacted Discount tires on the corner of 72 and County line road. I told them the place I was at indicated they were too busy but I needed a plug today, was heading in that direction and was curious if they were in a position where they could do so. They were so considerate and told me they “always have time to plug a tire” and that they “never want to leave anyone stranded”. Sure enough, I get there and notice this location is far more crowded than the last shop I had visited and yet they had no hesitation with taking care of it for me. 30 minutes later my tire was plugged and they apologized on behalf of the other location that didn’t have the time.
I live roughly 41 miles from this area and was frantic about how to get the tire taken care of if everyone was too busy while still trying to make it to my work locations and the Tire discounters on the corner of 72 & County line rd. made it happen! This is how you define true customer service. Thank you.

Tire Discounters on Hwy 72 W in Madison ROCKS! I wasn’t planning to buy a tire but hit the curb and popped mine so I had no choice. They took me right in and recommended a tire very close to the one I had, and gave me $25 off! I’ll be back to see Tyler and Andrew!

Wonderful help. Right before coming to them, I popped two tires and tried to fix it on my own and broke my car more. They were very helpful and quick! I don't know anything about cars, so I had lots of questions. They were patient and answered my questions to the fullest. Highly recommend.

I am so thankful for the great customer service shown by Ian and Andrew tonight! I travel a lot and you can tell by the wear and tear on my tires! I didn’t get off work until 5:25 which means I showed up at their shop right before closing; these young men stayed over to ensure that I could travel safely for the holidays! I most definitely appreciate the customer service because they could have easily told me no! Ian and Andrew explained to me in great depth all the things going on with my tires! Moved here two years ago and took a chance on these folks when my Jeep needed a lot of work. From oil changes to major work, these are my go-to people. Pricing is always fair and below what I find when researching average costs (and there's always additional discounts they add). Their custom service is exceptional. Never interacted with a team member who was having a bad day (or showed it to customers if they were). They won't hesitate to explain things to you and show you exactly what's happening with your vehicle and help you prioritize what services/parts are most important if you need to space them out. And they're no strangers to working late to get the job done as fast as possible without sacrificing work quality. Big supporters of military vets too.

Very good experience. Counter personnel were very knowledgeable and polite. However, there was a lack of tire techs to create a fast service. A simple tire repair/replace tool over 3 hours. Quality work, though!

The whole crew is wonderful from the Experienced Techs' Austin & Kevin to the Front Desk Tom, Ian & Andrew. I have been taking my infiniti here since I bought it over a year ago & have had nothing but great service! I appreciate the techs & staff explaining repairs & making sure my vehicle is well maintained. They go the extra mile checking on any concerns I have. My recent visit was for my car bouncing badly while driving. Plus horrible squeaky brakes. They went over tire options & made sure my brake line was taken care of after it was having issues. My infiniti drives smooth again with no more squeaky brakes! I live close to downtown huntsville & the drive is well worth it to me. Thank you for everything you guys do!

Tire Discounters does almost all work on my vehicles BECAUSE they're that good. I trust 'em & always have a pleasant experience when needing their services.
Most recent work they did for me was replace an alternator in my daughter's Rav-4.
