Tito's Taqueria

One of the top trucks in the Boise area. We had an asada burrito and Colorado burrito (wet) which was the absolute star and came with delicious rice and beans. Super flavorful meat and salsa we can’t wait to come back for. The gentleman who took our order (may have been the owner from his professional persona) was so genuine and kind. We will be frequent customers!

Delicious, Juicy, Carne Asada tacos complimented with a side of mild and spicy salsa. Food was quickly cooked to order and still maintained quality that exceeds expectations.

Went with their recommendation of the Verde Burrito (wet).

This thing was delicious, the pork was cooked just right, cheese and sauce everywhere. PLUS it came with rice and beans which were an unexpected surprise for the price of 9.50.

Only downside is no seating where they are set up, but you can always sit at the Ridley’s patio nearby, or eat to-go, or in your car…

Either way I’ll definitely be back.

This truck in the Kuna Ridleys parking lot is amazing. I had the Colorado Burrito served wet, and it has rice and beans with it. He was so polite and even brought my food out to the pick up. The bag had a fork, knife, and napkins. I'm so excited to go back and try more and take my friends.

Best Mexican food I've had in Idaho by far... and I'm born and raised in Phoenix so my taste buds know a thing or two. I usually go for the Burrito Verde which is fantastic. Have also had the Colorado Burrito, Tacos, and Breakfast burrito, all great! Staff is always friendly and recognize you after a few trips. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed!

Great food. Service is amazing. Accidently over charged and they immediately called me over and gave me cash without me catching it. Ohh and open on the 4th of July!!!! Love this truck!

We just moved to Kuna and the convenience of Tito's came in handy this week.

I ordered the chili verde burrito with rice and beans, and I ordered two shredded chicken tacos for my wife. All was fantastic.

In addition, they readily customized the produce on my wife's tacos and since it was a bit chilly outside, and I was in shorts, they brought my order to my car window.

Great service and great food, in 5 minutes, from a truck in the Ridley's parking lot. Hard to beat that for fast food.

The food is so delicious. I am obsessed with their Carne Asada, that I'm highly disappointed when I am served Carne Asada else where and it doesn't taste the same. It seems like a family run business and the gentlemen there are so kind to walk the food to our vehicle when the weather isn't so nice wait outside. I have about this place to people all the time!

Typical taco truck that was way better than your typical taco truck! Been wanting to stop for a while, finally did and it was worth it. Red sauce was primo. Only thing was the chicken chunks on the quesadilla were a bit big for a 4 year old, but tasted great, and fitting for an adult.

Just wish I could get your great food delivered. Please utilize some of these delivery companies. Everything I've tried is great though 😊

My buddy picked up a chorizo burrito for me from here and it was one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Going back today for lunch - this is the kind of fuel I need. Delicious!!
