I have had an overall wonderful experience at this place. Savannah and Red were very nice and very helpful and pretty much the best customer service you can ask for so thank you to them as well as another lady who was at the front one day with dark black hair and the gentleman who seems like a manager with the tattoos nose ring and cap on (shoulda got his name). You guys are great! I just started going here and having Red help me on my first day there was the best help you can ask for. Such a breathe of fresh air when having Grade A customer service. I really enjoy going here for whatever I need. I just hope it doesn't get super busy because Palm Coast is exploding and everyone and their mother is getting a MMC card. Never had to wait more than 2 minutes here, even when they seem somewhat busy.

I would like to give a 5star review for the wellness center and the young man that helped me at the Palm Coast, Florida clinic. His name is Mike (nicknamed “Pickles”). He was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and really cared if I was getting the right medication for my health issues. And the rest of the staff was just as kind and willing to educate & explain everything. Thank you!

Anytime I’ve had questions or just needed a solid recommendation, Mike Pickleé always leads me in the best direction. The entire staff rocks. Also patient and helpful.

First time checking out this dispensary. I’ve got to say it definitely won’t be my last. Almost no wait, staff was friendly and welcoming. Zach is awesome with his upbeat attitude and obvious dedication to the job. He was very knowledgeable on the different strains and gave me some great information.

Zach at the Palm Coast store was amazing! This was my first time here. I ordered online and picked up in the drive thru. He was engaged, personable and answered every question happily and informatively! The product was great and this is definitely my new place! Thanks Suterra!

Always friendly staff and helpful. I use the Wana products for pain and sleep. I'm a cancer patient and going through treatments and surgeries pain and sleeping are impossible. I get the oil, several tinctures, lozengers, the Wana gels work well. I like the
CBD/THC ratio. I also love the balm for pain, it works immediately. I have lots of questions and they are all always very helpful.

My 1st visit was awesome from start to finish! Beautiful facility and such nice employees and awesome products! Also, my dog was welcome. Such a difference from my horrors at TL.

Seth was PHENOMENAL! He was super helpful and patient. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind as well. You guys really should come in and see him! And to Surterra; you have truly have a superstar employee in Seth, he truly cares about your company and the medications y’all carry!

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

This location has the most amazingly awesome staff! I have yet to have a less than stellar experience! The are very friendly and knowledgeable! They take the time to get to know the customer so they can help recommend what will work for you. Never a long wait and they always have sales! I dare you to try them… you won’t be disappointed! 😄

What a GREAT group of employees.. Obviously Seth loves it!!! I think he's been there from day one. Pretty much a steady group which shows a lot about the management and business they're running here in Flagler Beach..

Just tried Delivery for the first time!! Super impressed! SETH and CECE were here well within the time frame I was given. They even apologized for running late and they were 2 hours before the end of time frame. so friendly and professional. Will continue to use this service.

Everyone here is so helpful and has such a great attitude. This is definitely one of the best dispensary locations in Florida. I love the fact that it has a drive-up. I feel like in 2020 I drive up gets you a free star but I can't give 6🌟's. Thank you all for being awesome. Truly appreciate the work you do.
