I live in Dallas TX and ordered flowers for my mother, who lives in Laurel. It was her 93rd birthday.
Staff was so helpful and friendly over the phone. I was nervous, not being able to actually see what they would be doing and gave specific instructions for delivery, since there was only a small window of time for her to receive them.
Flowertyme did everything perfectly! The staff at the Good Shepard Clinic sent pictures to me and I was blown away! An absolutely gorgeous arrangement and I think I got a lot more than my money's worth!
Mom was smiling from ear to ear in the picture and I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much and I wish you continued success. Bless you all!

I was really disappointed at the mothers day bouquet I ordered for my mother in law I had requested three roses in the bouquet and it was like they just grabbed a handful of flowers while blindfolded and put them in a vase . I've used them before and the bouquet of flowers was always beautiful but this time it's like just stick some random flowers in a vase and get paid .

My husband called and ordered flowers for me for my birthday the morning of. At nearly 4 o’clock in the afternoon (I get off work at 5!!!) nothing had ever been delivered. When he called mysteriously they couldn't tell him what happened to the order. But they had no trouble immediately charging his card for the payment of the order (at the time of ordering) they couldn’t find and had never fulfilled. He asked that the order just be cancelled since they had still not fulfilled the order. They said they would get it completed. If he wanted the order cancelled and his money refunded thats what should have happened. Would not recommend!!!!

I had a corsage done for my sons senior prom it was really pretty even though it hadn’t been kept in a cooler and the flowers were beginning to wilt. I really loved the rhinestone wrist attachment and the rhinestone detail that had been added to the arrangement but I was extremely unhappy that the rose buds and some greenery begin to fall off 30 mins into taking pictures. She lost several rose buds but luckily we found one that had fallen off and tried to re-attach it at no success. I realized these are time consuming but they need to make sure they are better constructed due to the fact that they are being worn. Very very unhappy with the results especially with the price I had paid for both corsage and boutonniere.
