I’ve always liked Wendy’s Baconator ! Their breakfast is the best you can get on the go. Next to none. This location has always been a good one as far as customer service and drive thru time. Stop& eat !

WOW!! This Wendy's used to be horrible. My food was always cold. I never received it before 20 min. 80% of the time I had the wrong food and several occasions I had been told they needed my card back because I accidentally paid for someone else's food. I heard it was all new people working there so I decided to stop in and see if there was any change. I never experienced such genuine customer service. The food was hot and fresh. It only took them 1.56 seconds to hand me my drinks and food which was quite a bit. The one manager Tessa or tresa something like that was amazing. I'll definitely be going back there!!!

I went downurr n stopped downurr at the Wendy's downurr and I ask If i cood git me onnem biggo grate ol big dranks what taste like orng and thollady wonted too grate biggo packigis of french fryd Tattors wut wee seent on the rokoo. I got evur bit of it and went to walkin toe werds the buik stayshun waggen I just got painted yursty or the day bufor. And ima headed out in a bee line and this biggo wild rynocurus of a womern let a loose and throwed her walkin Kane in a hookin moshun rite out wure my nex step wuz posta land and I come agaisst it rite about the shin bone and my laig an foot come unhitched from the groun an floo plum up n out frum unner me and tha uthern went plum up n out backerds from wicha way I wuz headed n I could see wurr I come from n then busted a perfect pirouette and come full twist n swung arown n throwed my set up and cranked out a double back handspring into a full round double drop kick off the top rope and just as I was about to hit that Stanky laig on em all my dadburn dranks and then all my olladys dadbum French fried taters went to flyin all out n wut lookt like a taterstorm commenced to flyin frum above and about rite that time my ollady jumped up out frum up nunder the hood of at fresh buik stayshun waggen wurr she wuz putten a new alltinater on it rite thurr and she broke loose nn went off the sign wurr u at the drive throo n run up it and dunn a biggo dubble bak flip..throwed me a high 5 and caught evurr dadblame one them French fryd tatters and that drank and landed smack dab rite in the seat and nevurr lost a one. She kicked the dashboard and smacked the glove box and the hood dropped on that buik and that monster of a 6 silinder farred up n went to rumblin n I throwed err down in reverse and walked err up outta thurr and she'd done haddem tatters bout tore up 4 we hit 2nd gear. I eat one and it was still hot and my drank stayed In at cup plum out till we got downurr tuh house. That's the main thang. If we evurr make it bak to town weel be back downurr tuh the Wendy's

Real busy lunch. But, the guy behind the counter didn't make me wait for all of the HUGE (buying for the whole crew) ORDER ahead of me to be filled before he grabbed out my double burger and got it to me in great time.

It was quick the dining room was clean & the food was good. The only problem was the order taker ability to speak English & was an American young

Friendly staff - Wendy's, you cant just change the numbers on the menu and expect people to not fudge up orders for a little while. I ordered a number 2 and the manager made me an old 2 (What was that, like a double?), not the new 2 (Son of Baconator). But it's no reason to get mad. Probably want to make sure that you're ordering a little extra supplies. I'm pretty sure you borrowed this sugar, but it was nice of them to let you so customers had some. This particular Wendy's seems to be our go-to. Haven't had a negative experience here. But it's down Bardstown, so you have to understand there is always a chance of the element of the unknown. Thanks guys!

This Wendy’s is one of the best in Louisville. They get slammed at lunch every day, but handle it very well! I have encountered some of the nicest employees here. They are very friendly and hustle and get your food out hot. Gotta give them props!

There were only 2 people working yesterday around 2 p.m. and they were swamped and out of several items, but the lady who took our order was very nice, calm & apologetic. We need more people like her in this world! ☺ And that reminds me: be patient with those in the restaurant & service industry at this time of year & be sure to thank them for their service. (You do want good service, don't you?)

Wendy's met expectations and service was friendly and prompt.

I had to go to three Wendy's on my way to work until I found one that hadn't closed early due to short staff. The line around this one made me almost not stop because it was getting too close to time to be at work, but I needed to eat, so I pulled in and they did an amazing job getting everyone served and keeping the line moving. All the Wendy's I go to do great, even when short handed, but this crew was extremely incredible, fast, friendly and my order was hot, fresh and accurate!

You know, I usually don't rate too many fast food places as high as I do this one. It's very fast, has high quality, fresh food, and as many times as I've been there, the cashier has always been friendly. It's also a big plus that they've never messed up my order. It has a great location and it's so easy to get to and leave, so it's a no-brainer when you're in a rush.

This one is great service and fresh food. The staff takes pride in providing good customer service.

Theresa was extremely nice and the Bacon Maple Chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing!

Went through the drive thru today to get my grandmother a wendy 🍔 &🍦. Employee was very friendly and polite even though they were very busy. My G'ma loved the food as I drove her around town.

I don’t go to fast food restaurants very often, but I’ve been to two recently. Tonight was Wendy’s drive-thru. Service was fast and friendly. My order was correct and tasted good. The fries in particular were hot, crisp and not too salty. Had the exact opposite experience at a competitor down the road that starts with Mc in every category recently. Nice to get re-acquainted with Wendy’s.

I generally like Wendy's and this was no different. Service was lightning fast since they were not busy. Food was good and hot, albeit a bit messy but that's what makes their burgers one of the best fast food has to offer.

Never thought I’d say this but Wendy’s fries best McDonald’s by a long shot. Never in my lifetime can I believe I’m saying this. These fries are worth fining back for. Good job!!!!

Very polite young man at the register and a crew in the kitchen that was fast, good at food presentation, and bid me a good afternoon and said to have a good day upon leaving the restaurant.

This is my favorite Wendy's. The food is hot most of the time. The staff serves you quickly and with a smile. When you walk in you're not greeted by a string of profanity by the staff as was my experience in another burger place. They weren't cussing at me but still it was very unprofessional and should not have been allowed. If you get a taste for some Wendy's this one at Bardstown and Grinstead is the place to go.

I find that this Wendy's has better tasting food than other Wendy's. Not sure how that happens but will go out of my way to stop in this one. Friendly service too!
