The best experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s- thanks to Von. So it’s 10:15pm and I stopped by for the kids for a late snack (happy Mother’s Day to all moms). I am new with using the app at stove through so The cashier said if I pulled to the window that she would help me. I told her what the kids wanted and she suggested the best choice from the app. I wanted a hot drink and she made it personally and then asked me to taste it to make sure it tastes good!!! WOW! Thanks, Von, for being so patient, kind and helpful tonight. You went above and beyond. This is a great example of customer service at a fast food place.

The staff are always polite to me and my family. When we order it is usually a big order and if we have any issues with our order they fix it right away.

Service was a little slow, as others said-probably because it's a college town and school is out-- but very friendly. And one of the cleanest McD's I've seen! We drove a little out of our way off Hwy 84 to come because of the playground and it was well worth it! Kids loved playing in the large, clean playground while I chatted with the friendly staff. In the end, the time we spent waiting for food was as long as we would have stayed to play anyway.

The whiteshirt manager was so courteous and even had the ice cream machine available in the evening. The employee's here should all get raises.

Idk whether to be embarrassed or grateful, little bit of both i guess! they seem to know my order (bc its the exact same every time), double hamburger with extra pickles and mac sauce, with a side of pickles. almost every time without fail, they give me EXTRA pickles, and it makes my day every time. im quite passionate about my pickles!

I come here almost every day to get food for lunch. I work two minutes away and they always get my order right. They work very fast and very well! I also love the old man that runs the drive through occasionally. He's super funny and awesome.

Staff here are super friendly and very polite. Food always comes out right.

This McDonald's is usually not bad. Sometimes they can be a little slow, but there's a staff of like, 4 in there. I just know if I hit this one I may need a few extra minutes to wait. But the food is well made, fresh,. And worth the wait.

Usually very friendly and accurate with orders. It can get really crowded in both the drive- through and dining room. Famipy nights are Greta times to go- busy, but quick service, and balloons! Definitely check out the deals on the calenders placed on the doors. Watch out for the $2.99 Happy Meals.

Go through drive-through here a couple times a week. I make things complicated in my orders, but they always get it right. Employees are both quick & pleasant to interact with. I'm spoiled - when I go through drive-through elsewhere I always miss "my" McDonald's!

I needed help with my app. They had a manager help me and he got the app to work. Not all McDonald's help their customers, but this one did, and I am very appreciative of that.

We really enjoyed the food here. It was much much more than just burgers and bar snacks. We had a steak with asparagus and bearnaise sauce, salad and baked potatoe. The flavor was great. It was presented very attractively on the plate and the service was great.

One of the better McDonald's around here. Friendly staff, good food . Everything was hot. Very busy when we went and quick service too.

Some great employees at this one! Even when they make me wait, I like this place. They always apologize if they are busy and I have to wait, my little one loves the play area, and it is usually very clean.

Always looking for the golden arches when passing through the town's. Friendly smile. Or I listen to other customers while I relax. Finnishing my food and hopping back on the Motorcycle... looking forward to the next McD's in 300 miles

There are times when I order a cone and I receive an icy, cream-less cone. I worked at a Tastee-Freeze when I was a teen. It was called ice milk. It's much cheaper than ice cream.

What's up with that, McDonald's?

They were courteous helpful and efficient with the execution of their duties. I always make it a point of stopping there on my way to appointments

My kids and I visit this particular location regularly on rainy or chilly days when they need to release energy! I've never had any issues with it.
