Taco Bell

The last two times I've visited here have been amazing. The staff is the friendliest of any fast food place in this area and the food is fresh and hot and they are so efficient. The ambience is like a big party and it seems that the rest of the customers are always happy and friendly. The high tech pop machine is super cool!! Great job everyone!!!

A party pack of taco's took less than 5 minutes!!! How do you beat that? Very friendly at the window too. "I'll be back!" (On my very best Terminator voice)

I've been coming here for 30 years. Still one of the best Taco bells in the state. Keep it up you guys.

I love taco bell, a lot key bias ever since they came out with the Double steak grilled cheese burrito and nacho fries. They have become one of my number one favorite places to get fast food. Taco bell will always be solid 👌

This is the BEST Taco Bell. It's clean. The orders are correct and processed quickly. TJ is incredibly friendly to customers and his staff. I highly recommend this store!!

Typical fast food fare but satisfying

I’m gonna have to edit my last post of 1 stars to 5 stars. Dang, if y’all had more stars I’d give it. My last review was posted on November 29th. I’d posted a review of 1 stars after 4-5 bad experiences with the night staff. But a little over a month later, you guys really started to win me over big time. My girlfriend and I work late, so we come up there late. Usually around 10-11:30pm. We tip every time, unless our service is really bad. However, since this change in staff, our service has been impeccable every single time. We tip because we know we’re coming there late, and we know how that is. I just want to say, we are so grateful for the night staff that’s been up there working late, for the last month and a half. They treat us kindly even when we pull up late. Then when we show our gratitude through tip, they treat us better than most high end restaurants. You guys got a winning night staff, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their service! We definitely think they deserve a raise for their 5 star service! Thank you guys so much!

Taco Bell is the ultimate example of moderation
It is excellent once a week maybe twice. I really want them to up the prices and therefore the quality. Doing so will steal business from Chipotle etc.

This particular taco bell is more often on point than any other taco bell in the north west metro. They tend to be very fast at food prep and I have not had an item missing from an order in over a year. Custom orders like adding onions or sour cream are not forgotten. I visit about once a week. They are often friendly, but occasionally someone gets on mic who seems to want to say as few words as possible.
The single star off on food is only because like almost all taco bells the ingredients are sometimes layered an not homogeneous. Meaning you can get a giant bite of sour cream on one end and there not be any sour cream in the rest of the burrito. Or a bean and rice where top half is bean and bottom half is rice.
All in all the taco bell of choice for the north west metro.

Came in today during lunch and was greeted warmly by 2 staff. I later realized they were both managers; what great role models! There was a mistake on my order on a previous day that needed to be taken care of today. The female manager (at the register) took care of it right away; she knew exactly what I wanted and got it for me then even double checked with me at the table making sure it was correct. I also watched some interaction between the male manager and other staff and was quit impressed. He had an upbeat, positive attitude that bobbled over to the employees. Everyone was working diligently and seemed to be enjoying their job which in turn makes customers feel good and want to come back. The restaurant was very clean even during rush. This was probably the best experience I've had at a Taco Bell and the best one I've seen!! Thank you Brooklyn Park Taco Bell!

Bella and the team were great! They made sure my order was correct and they made sure I got my sauce packets! They were very friendly team members! By far the best experience at Taco Bell I’ve ever had!! Thank you Bella and team!!!

They're fairly fast, and always get my order right. Really no complaints. The food quality is just okay. I've had better but I've also had worse. So overall it's a little above average, no complaints.

The food was hot, quick, and Susana G. was a very happy, and friendly employee who made our experience even better. She even gave our kids some cinnamon stick things before we left. It's great when someone acts like they love their job. Good job Taco Bell (and Susana).

We stopped in for a quick bite to take home with us after picking my buddy up at the airport.

I can tell you that Diablo sauce is extremely hot!

The tacos were very good and satisfied my hunger.

They made sure to get the order right with no cheese and that always makes me very happy because I have a dairy allergy.

The staff is extremely friendly and always happy to take your order. I have never received a messed up order either. Even when the drive thru line is to the street it moves quickly.

The girl with tattoos who was working the drive-thru on the night of 5/21/22 (around 10:15pm) is a BOSS. They say some heroes don’t wear capes… she’s a hero. SO. MANY. HOT. SAUCES. Hands down our new favorite Taco Bell.

Taco Bell is a quick last minute dinner or lunch save for my family and I! My daughter's have special ways how they like their tacos and Mexico rice with cheese and meat and the staff is always so friendly about taking the order and making it right!

Went there a couple nights ago and it wasnt busy. They got a rush after us and my car had a big order. Kaylin and the crew working were patient and so kind. This taco bell will always be my first go to!

This place is great. I ordered the food to the wrong restraunt and Dana totally corrected things for me and my family. I was so happy. That sort of caring doesn't happen as much in the world and it really made our day to have Dana there to empathize with us. Thanks so much!

This Taco Bell is always fresh and good customer service, they go above and beyond!
