Deciding to switch to the Xfinity modem was one of my better tech customer experiences. Zak was extremely helpful and very patient and respectful with my many questions. His explanations were clear; I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. (I wasn't fast enough to complete the Xfinity-generated survey - hence this review).

My family and I were assisted by Daveed Perry at the Xfinity Store in Brooklyn Park and had the best experience. He was thoughtful, friendly, and great to work with. I will recommend friends and family to come here and work with him!

Went in looking to upgrade mine and my husbands phones, and Crystal was very helpful in making sure we got the best deals and discounts that she was able to give us. Will diffently be going back to her for any future help.

Aleisha made our experience at Xfinity today so pleasant and straight forward. She was polite, friendly, and very helpful and efficient in creating our new account. We walked in expecting to have to waste a lot of time trying to get things set up (as we have in the past...on the phone and in person at other stores), but she did it quick and seamlessly. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Robert was extremely helpful in reconciling my billing issues. He worked tirelessly to get things settled, as I went through multiple accounts, and they got a little jumbled as I have moved into/out of and own several properties. He's solid, communicative, and understanding. He navigated the structure of Xfinity to get my problem solved and now my bill is consolidated as it should be. Excellent service, Robert, and many thanks!
Now, onto Xfinity as a company...
You guys need more Roberts. Customer service at your company is utter garbage, and it is exceedingly difficult whenever you need help with ANYTHING. Plus, the amount of headaches from miscommunications from the random representatives I get paired up with were numerous. They messed up so many set-ups for different services through the years. The only thing keeping me with them is the price... When it is monitored!! Because I shouldn't have ever needed to bother poor Rob with this issue if they helped me better from the get-go.
Which brings me to another issue, the support phone line. UGH. It brings you into this loop of never ending "we can do this without an agent" prompts, and I never get to an actual representative. Your prompts will not help me with the problem.
In summary, Robert gets 5/5 plus you should really consider giving him a raise (hopefully you compensate him properly), he does the company such a service by being so helpful.
Xfinity as a company, however, gets 1.5/5... they're only worth it because they are cheap. Otherwise, VERY difficult to work with (other than Robert, of course). I spent so many hours trying to get them to solve the issues. But Robert made it easy. Thanks, Robert, you are GREAT!

I just want to give an EXCELLENT SHOUT OUT to Mr.David Hall!! Mr. Hall helped me with paying my bill and answered my questions. Explain everything to me so I understood what was going on. With his help, I paid my bill and was on my way. I think when I have a question I will talk with him. Bless you sir!!

Had a TON of problems with Custer service over the phone, so I went to the Brooklyn Park store and Alicia was awesome, fast, simple and fixed it all immediately and explained everything great. I will definitely only be dealing with her from now on.

I have to say, this place was well staffed with well trained people and friendly new hires. I was there turning in equipment, they said it was going to be a 15-20 min wait, it was much faster. Safarvo, helped me, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Great job.

I just showed up out of the blue in a Saturday and they helped me return my equipment right away. They even informed me that I need to switch my new equipment over to my primary box.
They very helpful, attentive, and quick in their service. No need to delay if your worried about returning equipment in person. They make the process quick and easy and you'll be out the door in 15 mins and going about your day.

Hassle free visit... My first and only experience here. Stood in line for under a minute when someone approached me, asked my name, and i was asked to take a seat. Only waited about 5 minutes to be called, the agent who assisted me was friendly and professional. I had my equipment (for my new order) and was out the door in no time. Clean store, great. Easy trip here.

I have to share my wonderful experience at this store. Steven who is the Lead and the Supervisor was amazing and so was Daveed the Retail Sales Professional. They both went out of their way to help me out when I was desperate and in need of help. Not only they both helped me at their store BUT they both even walked with me and went to the T-mobile store nearby. They could have easily helped the next customers but they gave me full attention and their professionalism was excellent. Steven is an awesome candidate at his job and knows exactly what he is doing. Daveed was very helpful and willing to solve my issues with great interest. I am very Thankful to both of them and because of the tip Steven mentioned to me I get to have a phone that I can use for emergency until next Wednesday when I hopefully get everything cleared at T-mobile and my transfer from them to Xfinity Comcast will be successful. I am so glad I have decided to make the switch. When I go back to visit this store I would love to have Steven or Daveed help me again because they are good at what they do.

9/1/2017 -I had a great experience today. I walked in and signed in on a tablet, as I did another customer commented "Hope you have an hour to wait". I figured it could take a long time there were quite a few customers in the store when I entered but I hoped she was not correct. It was about 11:45 am when I signed in. The display screen was not displaying the list of people waiting so we were all just mulling around. With in 20 mins they were calling my name. The customer service person helped me right away and was very fast and pleasant. He asked if I wanted to get the security system and that it would lower our monthly bill, but I declined and he did not press any further. I think he said his name was Marius but I am not sure I am spelling it correctly, but he provided me top notch service! I am so pleased that I was able to get my cable box replaced so easily. Thanks for doing a great job.
