I have been a patient at Gateway Sandstone for many years. Dr Petry has been my Doc for years plus my father was also a patient of Dr.Petry. I can't say enough about how wonderful he is and all staff are great. I have never had a bad experience. You get treated like a human being and not number. I feel truly blessed.

We just visited the clinic for a bad cough and congestion. Everyone from the admissions to the nurses were very friendly, we only waited about 10-15 minutes total, and Dr. Mark Petry was very friendly, professional and thorough. I would recommend going here to anyone!

I've had great experiences here with multiple nurses and practitioners! They've seen me through coughs, colds, and a blown ACL. Glad they're nearby when I need to make an appointment!

It really depends who you get. I usually get great service from my doctor, Dr. Petry, when I can actually get in to see him. Nurses are the tops. People have to understand that the quality of service is purely dependent on the constraints of the insurance companies. Some of the doctors follow the script set out for them, some take it seriously. So most times when I have issues, it really is not the doctor, but clinic management and insurance companies.

Just like the warmth of the new clinic. All staff are warm and comforting about there jobs.

It's ok depending on who you get

Not a great clinic. Takes forever to call you back if you have a question, or don't call you back at all, takes forever to get back lab results or they don't get back to you at all! Pain management? No such thing. Scared to prescribe any kind of painkiller because of all the addicts in Pine County so they just do nothing for people with chronic pain.

Dr. T------- is a very fine physician who really cares about his patients and he has been my regular doctor for many years. I have always used the Moose Lake clinic with never a bad experience with polite, professional staff. This was my first trip to sandstone and it will be my last. Without saying her name, I had my blood pressure and screened be the rudest, unprofessional woman I have ever seen working in health care. Her incompetency continued with her inability to follow simple instructions and sent my much needed prescription to the wrong pharmacy and resulted in a nearly two week delay. It is unfortunate that one poor employee results in a negative review.

I am not happy with the receptionist here at the sandstone clinic at all. I visit the walk in clinic today October 5 and seen the rudest Dr I have ever seen in my life. I'm in disbelief of how this Dr. Spoke to me.

Dr. Randy Rice practices here. He is the head of the MN Medical Association and has co-opted the organization's reputation to call for drastic gun control. If you believe in the second amendment, you should take your healthcare business elsewhere.

I arrived to be seen at the scheduled time, the doctor was simply not there. rescheduled for the next day. Not caring about my urgency

Gary Anderson is the worst ever, if you hear he will be your doctor go somewhere else!

I'm not happy with their results so I will take my business elsewhere. Dime a dozen!
