No appointment, came in to get a truck windshield, had contacted days before to check price. They had windshield installed in 40 minutes or so. Paid the price quoted, all well!

These folks are the best, in my opinion, in Laurel. People line up to get their glass repaired or replaced. They are experts in their field and won’t let the insurance folks take advantage of you. Not only are they good at their jobs, they are just plain nice guys and gals.

They are very quick when repairing chipped windows. Friendly and professional service.

This place is clean, I am waiting on my Son car to get an Alignment, The place is Well organized and has a television in the waiting room and vending machines, The Staff is nice here, Offered me coffee and I felt a warm welcome because a man in who works there called me Sis! Positive environment and Great Service, I would recommend this place Period.

Needed a truck windshield replaced and they have great prices. In and out in under 2 hours and they were super busy. Very helpful with suggestion for a salvage yard for another windshield for a friend. Highly recommend this shop for prompt and courteous service and fair pricing.

Excellent! Came to get a new windshield installed and the staff were very helpful and service was very fast. The price was wayyy lower than any places around and they did an all around awesome job!! Highly recommend.

I had ordered a 2.5" leveling kit for my 2017 ram 1500 off amazon and was looking for a shop to install it. Paul's had beat one the national stores on the quote by $100 and was able to install the following day. I dropped it off in the morning and was able to pick up at noon and it rode perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting them if I have any other after market needs for my truck in the future and recommend it to anyone out there looking to get work done on their vehicle!

Great place to have your windshield replaced. I called on Tuesday and both vehicles were done on Thursday. They even drove out to me.

I cannot say enough good things about the people in this shop. My truck broke down towing a uhaul cross country with my family, and this shop helped us so much. They weren't able to fix my truck given my own time constraints, but they gave their personal time after hours to help us move all our belongings from trailer to a new truck to get us back on the road. Just great people whose kindness and generosity helps restore your faith in humanity! Thank you all so much.
