Weird, cool little diner located in Ann Arbor, MI! This place has a reputation for giving very generous portions! Fleetwood Diner is best known for its Hippie Hashbrowns but almost anything on the menu is good! A very popular place, getting in to actually dine can be tricky, so I recommend getting your order to go. Parking is also challenging, but don't get discouraged, something will open up, even if you end up walking it's worth it! Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is hot, fresh and well prepared!

I've been to this diner twice, once for brunch and the other after going out at night. It has all you want for dinner vibes, good graffiti, stickers, greasy food, barstools, etc. When I went for brunch it was great I really enjoyed my meal and the outdoor patio seating was nice under the roof part. Going at night is an entirely different experience haha. I'd say the place is great for a diner but the service is a little slow. I think part of that is because it's always full and there wait staff and cooks are stretched a bit thin. This is just a fair warning that if the place is busy, the meal won't be as quick.

The absolute, hands-down best hippie hash I’ve ever had. The gyro meat in this meal made me instantly remember why I fell in love with gyros oh so many years ago. Was it a late night meal? Yes. Would I be at this food at any time of any day. Yes.

I don't usually write reviews, but this place is amazing. The Meaty Hippie Hash is stellar. The choice of music is wonderful. The atmosphere was amazing, and it was very cool to look around at all the stickers located inside and outside the diner. Fast and excellent service. Food was filling, well priced, and most of all, delicious. If I happen to pass through Ann Arbor again, I will be stopping by. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast.

Fun place! Small, like an old diner should be. Good menu. I recommend the Hippie Gyro Breakfast. Comes with a pita to make a gyro sandwich. Ask for a second one, because there is plenty! Stickers everywhere remind me of being a kid back in the 70s and 80s. This place is being added to our "return home day" trips for business from the Detroit area. Loved it!

First time here—33 years after graduating from Michigan! Now wishing I could go back in time and enjoy the hippie hash again and again! They are so good. Can’t wait to go back!

Guy with the big gold chain is legit, always makes the best food and he’s always there so the place is always good.

Omg walked in and loved the stickers all over the place. Thought it was retro and cute ! Got greeted immediately and honestly we just came to escape the cold but after looking at the hippie hash on the menu I decided to try it. ITS AMAZING! fries were good too but honestly the meaty hippie hash was amazing!💚

Trendy spot with a great selection of diner breakfasts. Everything you'd expect from a spot with a short order cook and flat top. Great food, nice portions, cool spot.

You're always there for us 24/7, rain or shine, blizzard or tornado, holiday or no holiday 🥹 Seriously, this place is absolutely amazing. That Hippie Hash cures everything.

Excellent food, great place for brunch. Very reasonable prices. Quite crowded on weekends so make sure to get there early or you'll be sitting outside next to a busy street.

Some of the most delicious food you can get!! Great flavor for a great price. They also have very generous serving sizes. We got the Greek Hippie Hash and split it between two people and it was more than enough. If you are hungry, plan ahead because they are popular and therefore the wait is a little long depending on the time of day. But I promise it is worth the wait!

Shaky photo because I was too busy wolfing down my burger. I went here after my highschool prom at about midnight. Atmosphere was loud and busy, but calm and comforting. And there are plenty of things to look at on the walls. Actual burger was great, fries were molten in the best way. Loved my experience here : )

The quintessential "hole in the wall". It's not fancy by any means, but the food is delicious, the service is fast & the prices are reasonable. The decor is not for small children, however. Definitely worth the stop.

Fleetwood is a blue collar diner with an authentic feel. The owner and his son are working the small kitchen. The food is fantastic and portions large enough to fill a lumberjack. I'm visiting from out of town but would definitely visit this Fleetwoods on my return.

Very cool place. Food was good. Proces fair. Would recommend. It's a must stop if you only check the place out. These 24 hr private diners are a dying breed.
