I absolutely love this place! Wonderful service, too. Super fast shipping, and they will send a sample with your order if you ask. My favorites are pretty much all of the reds, white horn, white fibro, green Malay, Emerald, and I also like their enhanced reds a lot. I’m hoping to try everything they offer! I'm blessed to have a local kratom vendor here in Western PA. Ive been using PA Botanicals for years and have never had an issue. They are competetive in both quality and prices. Their Red Fibro is my go to and hits every time. I visited this location for the first time today and had another positive experience.

Recently ordered a sample and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their leaf! The Green Machine and Red Vietnam were awesome. Fresh, aromatic, and potent! Clearly labled in qualty sealed packaging. Shipping was fast! Will definitely be ordering again!

I’m not usually the type of person that leaves reviews but I just felt like I absolutely had to after my last purchase from PA Botanical!!!! I usually place orders every 2 weeks and they have never messed up on anything. This last order I opened my package only to see several VERY generous gifts given to me by them!!! Not only that but I had been wanting one of their spoons since the first time I saw it! So thank you so much for my early Christmas presents!!! Such an incredible company.. Wonderful customer service. I have been ordering for years due to chronic pain, and if it wasn’t for their amazing products and consistent customer support I don’t know what I would do. Also, it’s the best product you can find. Someone not looking to take too much, you don’t need much of this brand at all. You probably need about 1/5 compared to other brands.

Excellent customer service and products. I have been ordering for a couple months now and have not had a single issue. I am new to Kratom so wasnt really sure what to expect, but everything arrived very fast and nicely packaged and it has helped manage my anxiety and pain. I highly recommend PA Botanicals!

Since they've added the option to use WAAVE to process credit card purchases on-line, purchasing is even easier.
When it comes to shipping and customer care, they can't be beat. They always update when the order has been received, filled and shipped. A tracking number is included so one can track the arrival of ordered items. I've never had an issue where I would need to contact customer care but I do email them with questions I have about some of the product. My questions are usually answered within 24 hours and every question is answered. They are always detailed with the answers to help guide me in my ordering. All the product is also tested and the results are available which puts my mind at ease.
PA Botanicals selection and pricing is amazing as well. The rewards program is nice as well. Many companies no longer offer this and I thank PA Botanicals for keeping the program going.

I love this place. I used to live out by them so I was able to experience the in- store experience when they first opened and for several years. Now that we have moved away, I order every few months. They are so friendly and happy to help no matter who I speak to. Had to call for payment issues this am and within minutes, she fixed it. Love you guys and all you do!! ❤

This store has quality kratim in many strains and firms. Along with other herbal remedies. They offer discounts always on different things. They are fast and friendly! I've been going here for over a year and am always satisfied. The staff knows the products well and can help guide you if your not familiar with certain types of kratom or herbs. I never write reviews, but I felt the need to for these guys! They are the best around! The quality is excellent and the shipping is lightning fast. I had gotten used to "2 day shipping" being anywhere from 3-7 days, but I always receive my order in 2 days! To top it off, they include a very generous sample variety every time! Can't beat it!

They've been so good to me. As a veteran with chronic pain I am always looking for an advantage. PA botanicals has the best quality natural remedies, best prices, and the most proactive business by far. Always doing nice things for the customers like freebies, lots of sales, etc. When I need help their customer service is excellent. Personable and kind. I'm grateful they exist.

I heard about you on reddit and I requested some samples and I have to tell you your kratom is hands down the best I've had. I'm fighting breast cancer and I take kratom in lieu of opiates for pain and anxiety.. packaging is awesome, clearly labeled and it has that slight numbing on my tongue. . Very fresh and potent. We usually have our order within 2/3 business days. They really do such an amazing job, and they’ve got the freshest kratom. I literally cannot recommend them highly enough.
