My experience at Dr. Nelson's office was a great experience. I love the nurse who prepared me for my laser surgery I forgot her name but normally she works in Hattiesburg. I really appreciate her for all she did to keep me entertained while she was prepping me. Thanks so much

Had an amazing experience... Everything went great and they did what other doctors told me was impossible. I had no hope and they came through for me!

Dr. Nelson is great but extremely long wait time AFTER doctor evaluation - over three hours. Not clear on what could take so long when not waiting on the doctor?

One of the worker at the front desk came off a lil rude and unprofessional today. I call last week from TN to reschedule my dad appointment to an earlier time. I get to the appointment today they say his appointment is at 10. And it's supposed to had been scheduled to 8:45. She tell me it's nothing in the system saying it's been changed and we can not fit you in. I stayed so I have to sit and wait until 10 when I know I reschedule it and it was confirmed. I hear her in the background as I walk away saying she still an hour early . I call the scheduling system back to confirm my appointment again. She stated it in here for 8:45. I told her they saying they only see 10am. She stated no it's for 8:45. I ended my call with her. I came back and talk to the front desk. I said is my appointment 8:45. She said yes we were able to bump you up. No you wasn't able to bump me up. That's my appointment. A simple apology would have been nice since you overlooked it.

These folks (one lady at front desk and the office manager) are the rudest people I have ever encountered! They need a course in customer service. They need to know how to talk to patients and their support!
Dr Griffith and his nurse/technician are very nice. Total opposite of the witches I encountered at front desk.

Only problem they dont know how to schedule appointments example have an appt at 2 wont see dr till 4 every appt ive been to for over a year waited at least 2 hours past appt time
