Live in British Columbia and just needed a very small part. A diode. My local Ford dealership didn't even seem interested in helping me get the part and I had to ask where the part was in the other parts of Canada so I can get it. Gord from the parts counter went above and beyond the Call of Duty to show me pictures of the part and then get a shipping quote and then finally send it after prepaying for it. Excellent customer service in my opinion and that is rare these days.

Just bought my first car here and Jamie was amazing with helping me through the process. He was very honest and made sure I found a car that I liked and that was in my budget. He was very responsive and communicated everything as this was my first time buying a car and he made this process super easy and fast. He went out of his way to answer my questions to make sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely be recommending others about this place and recommending Jamie as he was a huge help.

Excellent service. Rapid appointment availability. Clear explanation of engine trouble and solutions offered. Cleanliness of waiting room and service department. Warm greeting. Qualified personnel, no doubt about that. I am very confident that my car is in good hands.

I've been going to this dealership for many years. They are small but offer excellent personal service. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. No long waits for appointments or servicing. If they don't have the vehicle you want, they'll find it. Compared to what's available in Cornwall, it's totally worth the short drive for the honesty, integrity and great service.

Had a great experience with SG Wells this morning having my car serviced for the first time there. The tech that provided the service was excellent and very informative of the work provided and was straight forward on what needed attention and what didn't.

They also went above and beyond and installed and balanced some trailer tires for me without an appointment which was a huge time saver for me.

The advisor I dealt with (Tom) was a great help and walked me through the bill and report card to show me how my car is doing overall. Extremely friendly and approachable service department that doesn't add the stress of going to a dealership.

The Service Department team at S.G. Wells Ford is second to none. Everyone is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and provide excellent service from the minute you walk in to the minute your car has been serviced and you drive away. I totally trust them to keep my car properly serviced and safe for driving. A special shout out to Thomas and Tammy for making it a pleasant experience by taking the time to talk to me about the service needed and dropping me home and picking me up when my car was done.

I can’t say enough about the great service. I have never had any issues with this dealership. Staff are friendly and courteous and always helpful. Service mechanics are great. I have even called the owner at home after hours and he had an employee meet me when I had mechanical problem with my vehicle. Great job!!

I have dealt with Wells Ford for many years. I think I have bought 5 vehicles through salesman Claude. I find he is a fair honest man who is very practical in his dealings with you. The men in the service department have been very friendly and very detailed in explaining to you the service your vehicle needs. Small town dealerships are the best. Customer care is super and Paul was very accommodating by hand delivering our bill of sale which we forgot to pick up. We highly recommend the staff and dealership.
