Rolberto’s Mexican Food

After many days of traveling I was really craving some life food and this place had exactly what I needed. The Beef Soup was so delicious, like a home made. My daughter had a chimichanga and she loved it as well. So if you driving by of in the area please stop and try this place.

Great Mexican joint, right by the casino over there. Had the breakfast burrito with bacon, chorizo, egg, rice (usually potato) and cheese. Hit all the right spots like my favorite Mexican joints do at home, and for only $10, mind you. No frills, and they aren't needed here. The salsa/chip station (not pictured here) is also a really cool touch. Went with the guacamole salsa which had all the right flavors with not too much spice, and their Pico de Gallo which also reminded me of home. I liked having liquid *and* puréed bits in my pico, it was really nice.

And it's also open 24 hours? Wow. Reminds me of if the late night burrito spots around my town were actually good!

Best authentic mexican food period! I had the carinitas platter- much better than the carnitas at chipotle. They have every kind of mexican meat. Big portions. I came with a group after visiting the bonneville salt flats and we all loved this place. This restaurant is right at the utah Nevada border.

Nice little Mexican restaurant. Seems pretty popular but isn’t so busy that you have to wait too long. Has some tasty and interesting dishes.

Went through the drive through on a quick stop here, and Rolberto's did not disappoint! Service was fast, the staff was friendly, and they provided plenty of various salsa at my request.

Carne Asada Super Nachos: Quality asada, chips that stayed crunchy & crispy, excellent flavors and favorable portions. Highly recommend for a quick stop for legit fast Mexican food.

It’s a nice spot to get a quick fix for a meal and bathroom.
The food tasted good, the bathroom is customer only with a key. I’d recommend if you are looking for a pit stop.

Absolutely the best Mexican food ever!!!!

Rolberto’s serves consistently tasty large burritos. I’ve eaten there on the way to and from California. The breakfast burritos are big enough for breakfast and lunch. I’ve eaten in the restaurant and gotten breakfast to go.

For the area, this was a memorable restaurant, sitting outdoors with a cold beer with awesome people. Our team had an amazing time and no complaints. Food prices and good food. Large portions also.

GIANT PORTIONS AT A GOOD PRICE, must stop if you are around the bonnieville salt flats. Sauces have good heat, very yummy.

I travel from southern Colorado to Norcal once a month. This is hands down the best Mexican food between CO and CA!!! Affordable, authentic, and fast. It’s worth the 14hour drive every time. If you’re eating anywhere else in Wendover you’re wasting your time and money. In addition to the amazing food the staff is authentic and incredible, please take good care of them because they’re working hard for you!!!!! Enjoy!!!

The #3 tacos with rice and beans were exactly what I needed after a long drive.

Seriously I am shocked. I’m a fan of a lot of little restaurants That serve Mexican fast food. However, this was my first time going today to the specific restaurant, and it honestly was the best that I have Been to. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended. I don’t know when. I’ll be back by this way again, but this will definitely be a stop from now on.

Got the breakfast burritos, they were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions (gf, df) and food was delicious. Their mild salsa was plentiful and a great addition! Clean bathrooms.

I love this place and love how it's open 24 hours! Its a great service . It does take time to make each order but its made fresh as can be and totally worth the wait. Portions are awesome . I'll be back

The restaurant and bathroom were very clean.

Food was good, lots of choices and hearty portions.

Easy to find and ample parking.

Im eating here now in Wendover NV I ordered #15 carnitas plate and a chicken taco. Food is fresh and very tasty!!! Friendly people saturday afternoon well worth the stop. Was going to do burger king bit this was MUCH BETTER choice!!
