Spacebox Storage Laurel

I chose Space Box after meeting the manager, Kaley. She was so personable and informative. In addition she kept everything so clean while I was there (9 months). She set the standard for customer service and holds her team to those same standards. The building itself is well secured and I always felt comfortable being there, even when alone. The climate controlled unit was good for our very hot summer weather. I will definitely go back when I need storage in the future.

Great storage facility. This one is completely automated down to the lick on the unit. Very easy making reservation online and only took about 10 mins on the day we did the move to get signed up. Also offers truck to move in, just make sure to plan ahead if you are moving on a weekend. Highly recommend this location. I love the complete automation the most. Staff always very professional.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Laurel Spacebox storage. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building and grounds are so clean. Even when we had to have another person retrieve items from our unit, they were available to help. I felt like my stored items could not have been any safer if stored inside my horse. I cannot imagine a better/nicer storage facility or staff.

The visit was pleasant to spacebox storage. The attendant was very knowledgeable about their electronic entry doors and the storage doors. She also made you feel like part of the family. When I walked inside Spacebox to look at renting a storage unit , I was surprised by how clean and bright, well-maintained everything was. The people in the office are super helpful and made the process of renting easy and seamless. They even offer use of a moving truck for the day you move your items at no cost!!!

I placed my mom's things in spacebox storage of laurel when she passed. It's been a year and the attendant and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the electronic key entry among other things. I would most definitely use them again. Thanks for being there for me and my family in our time of need.

KAYLA AND DANA were friendly and informative. My needs were met quickly with great efficiency. The facility was very clean and the hours available are generous.

I retained a unit here for close to 2 years. I had zero problems, zero issues and Kaley and Dana are awesome to work with. The facility is comfortable to work in and very clean. The bay door entrance in back is super convenient, pull in and load or unload without weather worries. The NOKI app to open your unit is a big plus, no need for padlocks/keys. I highly recommend Spacebox for your storage needs.

The Spacebox Storage facility in Laurel, MS, is a clean, modern, pest-free, well-maintained place to store our stuff. We like the fact it's air conditioned to help keep our belongings in good condition. It's units are inside the building which offers a good level of security. And access is digital, another level of security. We really appreciate the fact this facility offers a loading/unloading interior dock so weather isn't an issue. This business is also easy to find. The office personnel are friendly, yet professional. They were kind enough to assist us with setting everything up for our unit. We are very happy we chose this location for our storage needs.
UPDATE: We had our unit for 2 months (as planned). We never had any problems. As I previously stated, it's clean and pest free with temperature control. It was so easy to use our phones to gain access to the building and to our unit. I highly recommend Spacebox Storage in Laurel, MS.

I spoke with Kaley on Monday, and rented my Spacebox today with Trevor. They both provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They made the entire experience so easy. I was able to see my reserved space. We reviewed the contract and I was trained on the App and processes. Lastly, the new facility is conveniently located in Laurel and is extremely clean….which is important to me. Thank you Kaley and Trevor!

My name is Pam Parrish and I moved from another storage facility in Laurel to Spacebox after I met Kailey and she showed me the units and everything Spacebox had to offer, which was a great deal. I love that it’s inside and a clean climate controlled facility, I can use my phone instead of a key to open my unit, and I feel safe when I go because someone is always there. Kailey is so friendly and has always helped me if I needed assistance. I’m very happy I made this move!! Also, they provided a truck for me to move from the old unit. I know my things are well taken care of at Spacebox Storage.

Wanted to let others know I was extremely pleased with this facility/company/staff. Place is immaculate, indoor, air conditioned, plenty of privacy, carts to use and everyone there is so nice and helpful. Rented a unit last December to hide Christmas presents and have privacy when wrapping. As presents arrived, took them straight there away from prying eyes and my wife could wrap them at her leisure. Worked out perfectly. Going to do it again this year!!!

Couldn’t be happier with the hands off approach! So easy to get in with the app and handle everything wirelessly! Honestly sad I didn’t think of it!
