The guy that is training to be manager.. I forgot his name.. he said he’s been there about a month. He made the whole experience 10 times better. He was friendly, funny, and professional. Good customer service is hard to come by now days. He is the reason I will be coming back. Give that man a raise!

Much has improved at this location. The lines used to be long and the workers were to few to fill the orders in a timely manner. But last week I was in and surprised to see plenty of workers and had my order before I had filled up my drink. This is such a good change from the way it used to be that its night and day.

I'm the Uber East driver so it makes it real convenient for me to come and pick up orders that are ready on time so I like KFC they're always ready

The staff pulled together a large order on short notice, and we were able to feed 19 hungry bicyclists from the Texas 4000 Smoky Mountains route. These students from the University of Texas are riding 4000+ miles to support research in the fight against cancer, and the KFC really hit the spot after 115 miles today (7/9/2021). A great job all around - Thank You!!

So this is a KFC/Taco bell and it is literally the best fast food experience you can have. I've been here multiple times, and every single employee is amazing. They're fast, accurate with your order, and amazingly friendly. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this stupid KFC.

I keep meaning to take their survey and tell them how much I love them but I keep forgetting and it makes me really sad. I'll just keep going back until I remember.

We order the 8-piece bucket at this KFC at least once a month; drive from Ann Arbor. Today, the chicken was very plump and tastier than ever. Mashed potatoes and cole slaw are always top rate. We know chicken - we're in our late 70's. Better than Frankenmuth chicken and they charge something like $27.95 per person for an all-u-can-eat. We have more leftovers with KFC and save the drive. LOL. Very friendly Staff on this Memorial Day..

Hands down this is THE BEST KFC I have EVER been too!! Employees were super nice and our food order was correct and food was freshly made! This is the ONLY KFC we will be going too from now on.

Exceptional service from Kyra! Though she was busy taking orders and getting other together, she was extremely patient and did not let the steady flow of traffic keep her from being an amazing representative for this restaurant!

The food is always good the wait can be a bit long but thats because so many people go there. Employees are always very nice
