Cloud City Ice Cream

Such unique, creamy, and delicious ice cream flavors!! I wanted them all! My fave was “better than therapy” which was a light lemon flavor and delicious. They also had a marionberry flavor and a lavender earl grey flavor I enjoyed. Def going back! Indoor and outdoor seating, small parking lot.

If you're on Woodstock, cloud city is your best bet for tasty ice-cream with a local flare. Expect a line, but it's worth the wait.

Love, love Cloud City Ice Cream. On my last visit they had a delicious vegan Golden Milk Ice Cream that is worth going out of your way for. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the gluten-free waffle cone. If you can't have gluten, best to get a bowl!

Thank goodness we got there just before the after dinner crowd. Had the Sasquatch tracks. I’m an ice cream lover and feel I know good ice cream when I taste it.

This place had absolutely delicious flavors of which you’ll probably want to try all of them or ask for a description from the clerks who run the store. I was delighted to see sorbets/vegan options really and had a very interesting golden milk latte one. I look forward to coming back to trying more flavors. My friend had one with dairy in it and it was fabulous, the caramel was so good, gourmet depth of flavor, burnt.

I love cloud city so so so much! it has such unique flavors, not too unique to be bad. they also have a couple of rotating flavors too. the service is always great, and the mood of the room is unmatched. it’s a cute lil ice cream store wedged in between a subway and a safeway. would 100% recommend, it is amazing. it is totally kid friendly, and my friends/siblings all love it. there is a lot of flavors that are vegan too!

The flavors are incredible, the decor of the place is adorable, and the staff are beyond friendly! Definitely worth stopping by for some ice cream here ☺

I think Cloud City is the best ice cream this side of the river. I said what I said! The line is never that long, the flavors are tasty and special, and the decor is really cute. There’s a few tables inside and out but on a nice day it can be hard to find a seat. Try the roasted banana or Sasquatch tracks.

Fantastic ice cream place! Typically Salt & Straw is the recommended ice cream place in the area but a friend recommended this one. Flavors were great and really well balanced from earl grey blueberry to cookies in cream. Would definitely recommend if in the area!

Great local ice cream shop. Had scoops of pistachio, honey-lavender, and Oregon strawberry. All tasty. Will be back.

I got the better than therapy and it was delicious. The merry and berry ice cream is also very good . All four of my party enjoyed the Ice cream.

Great place for the family or for an after school snack, for me I tried something new the circus friends I loved it and the Sasquatch tracks. Personally had a great dessert and would recommend.

The best ice- cream I’ve ever had!!

I knew strait away when I moved to portland that I loved this place. It has GREAT staff and amazing ice cream. I am never choosing a different ice cream place to eat. They have a huge variety of ice creams. They also have gluten free ice cream. The staff makes fresh cones. One time my cone was still warm! They have a modern feel to the inside. And amazing chalkboard art as well. The customers that come and go around there are pretty nice. I usually get a split scoop on a cone. I'd recommend sea salt cookie dough with cookies and cream. They also have free water. The staff ranges through teen to like the age 30 or 20. So don't worry about any cranky old people! All in all I really recommend this place. Pictures below ⬇⬇

Absolutely love this place! The employees are always great and super helpful! I love the small batches of unique flavors. This is definitely my new favorite ice cream place.

This place is a fabulous local staple. If you haven’t tried this place you’re definitely missing out! My favorite is the Sea Salt Cookie Dough, which is literally 50% cookie dough and 50% ice cream. The customer service is always very nice and there is always a line out the door. Best ice cream I’ve had in PDX. Love going here!

Really good ice cream! Lots of Vegan options, too. We had the Earl Grey & Marianneberry, Mint Chip, Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel, and the Butter Pecan. Each had too notch ingredients and 4ich flavors.

Best ice cream in Portland! It's always a struggle picking which flavor(s) to get because they're all so good!
