The Pearl at Sabine Creek

My husband and I got married at the Pearl at Sabine Creek this past July. We chose this venue out of the other venues primarily because how personable the owners were. From the start I felt as if the truly cared about how important our big day was and helped was create our vision. This venue is perfect for any bride like myself that loves everything light bright and airy. We attended their open house after booking the date to finalize our vendors and it was such a fun day. We got to taste test, explore the venue again and meet with some awesome vendors. We also had Connie (one of the owners) as our day of coordinator. If you get the chance to have her as your day of coordinator, I would highly recommend. She helped our vision come to life.

The Pearl is an absolutely STUNNING venue. We chose to do our ceremony in the chapel and reception in the main reception hall. Facilities were clean and easy to navigate, plus we had plenty of parking for our 150+ guests.

The bridal suite and groom’s suite accommodated our large wedding party comfortably, and the well-manicured grounds made for the most breathtaking sunset photos. It’s clear there was a lot of thought and intentionality put into the design of the venue, as everything flowed smoothly. There was plenty of room for guests to sit and mingle, and lots of space for my husband and to take photos ahead of time (without seeing each other!)

The only thing greater than the venue itself are the people who own it. Connie and Barry are an absolute dream to work with! They took special care to make sure our day was perfect. No detail was left out, no questions left unanswered. Response times were quick, and they were very hospitable and welcoming to the other vendors. (Several of the people we hired commented on how wonderful they are to work with.)

Linens, table decor, seating chart and signage were all included. Additionally, they provided us with a list of trusted local vendors so that we didn’t have to start from square one. Wedding planning can be stressful, as there are so many moving parts and pieces to keep track of. Having a trusted partner who genuinely wants your day to be seamless and beautiful is worth its weight in gold. For the cost of this venue, you simply will not find a better value. 10/10 recommend.

We toured about 6 other venues around DFW before we visited the Pearl. My husband visited the Pearl at their open house in January 2022 while I was on a work trip and he knew this place was something special. We made an appointment with Connie and Barry for a few days later to go together and as we walked through the venue, we couldn't imagine any place else we wanted our wedding. Barry gave us the best venue tour we had been on and asked us questions about how we wanted our wedding to look to better help us see how our day would be. Throughout the planning process, I probably emailed Connie a dozen times and she was always so quick and happy to help with any suggestions or questions I had. They do a great job of thinking of all the details you need. On our wedding day on March 18, 2023, we couldn't have had a more magical and perfect day. All of our friends and family thought the venue and the wedding were amazing. I can't recommend the Pearl enough and highly encourage to attend their open house if able or if not then book a tour as soon as you read the review.

Choosing The Pearl as my venue was the best decision I made for my wedding! Not only is the venue beautiful inside and out, but the owners, Connie and Barry, are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. They treated us like family and everything went so smoothly because of the roles they played on the wedding day. Connie’s experience helped craft the perfect day and Barry’s servant heart played a huge behind the scenes role. I highly recommend The Pearl to anyone and everyone.

The first thing we looked for after our engagement was a venue. We had the hardest time as we wanted something close to home but not rustic or barn themed. I ran into the Pearl while doing my research and visited during an Open House. I WAS SOLD THE MINUTE I WALKED IN. We always knew we wanted a fall wedding and lucky for us, one Saturday in October was left for 2022. Best decision we ever made. Connie and Barry were so helpful and always answered any and all of our questions. The property is stunning and they made our day a breeze. I cannot recommend or thank them enough for helping make our day a dream come true!

My husband and I got lucky enough to experience The Pearl at Sabine Creek as our wedding venue. Barry and Connie’s professionalism and organization were just the foundation of what ultimately created a beautiful wedding day. They were the perfect combination of personal and professional - always making sure I was comfortable. From getting ready in the bridal suite, walking down the aisle with my father, and to dancing the night away at the reception - I truly felt supported and relaxed the entire day. They make you feel like family, as if it is their own daughter or sons wedding day. We chose The Pearl at Sabine Creek because it felt like home, and because they allowed flexibility when it came to our choice of vendors. They will work with you on every detail to make sure that your special day is perfect. I would give ten stars if possible. My husband and I married there this past weekend. From the initial tour to the most amazing event ever, Barry and Connie were truly amazing! We would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for great communication, a beautiful venue and people who take pride in everything they do.

Hands down the most beautiful venue I’ve seen! As soon as my husband and I found it, we knew that was the one! We visited the next day and after meeting Connie and Barry there was absolutely no reason why we shouldn’t book it. Connie and Barry were absolutely amazing through the entire process. Super flexible and friendly. They are true people of God and they treat you like family. Our wedding day happened to be the same day as Connie’s bday and it didn’t matter, she still worked so hard to make that day the most beautiful day of our lives. The venue has everything you need, literally everything. They provide you with so many options for decorations, table cloths, napkins, and so much more. Connie and Barry served my husband and I our dinner on our wedding day! What a beautiful act of service. They are absolutely amazing and the venue is a total dream for any couple. We got married at The Pearl in November and it was a dream day! Not only is the venue beautiful, but the owners, Barry and Connie, truly care about every couple. They made our day perfect and we will never be able to thank them enough for everything they did! The Pearl will always hold a special place in our heart. Getting married at The Pearl was the easiest and best decision we made!!

After 2 postponements we finally had my daughters wedding here at the end of July. Our guests have not stopped raving about The Pearl. The main building (reception) and ceremony chapel are beautiful. Connie & Barry are the best. For a not-so-organized mother of the bride they accommodated every want and need and were great about all the changes we went through because of covid.
They thought of everything when creating this amazing venue!!

All my wedding dreams came true last weekend at The Pearl at Sabine Creek! You get everything you need in one location- tables, chairs, linens ceremony site, reception room, cocktail hour space and all the fun decorations you could imagine. Connie has thought of everything as the owner of the Pearl. I highly recommend this venue! I cannot say enough good things about it!

We cannot say enough good things about this venue and its owners. First off the venue itself is stunning! We were wowed immediately upon arrival. Connie and Barry are experts at what they do and we felt so confident in their expertise within 5 minutes of meeting with them. We were ready to book right away! They are two of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen and they do it all out of a passion and dedication to serving the families/couples who choose The Pearl. Our daughter’s wedding went so smoothly and turned out absolutely beautiful. We had very little if any stress on wedding day thanks to them! We didn’t have to worry about the little details. We could just focus on enjoying each special moment. We will forever be grateful to Connie and Barry for helping make the day so wonderful for all of us.

The most amazing wedding venue ever! So many amenities included and they are so helpful from day 1. Wish I could do it all over again 2 years later!

I cannot praise The Pearl, especially the owners, enough. I was torn between 4 venues until I heard their chapel bells. The dedication to traditional ceremony was refreshing and so much appreciated for our Christian wedding. Besides the spacious venue, plentiful decor options (included), and gorgeous bride + groom suite, Connie and Barry genuinely care that you have a wonderful wedding. We ended up having rain on our day and they navigated it wonderfully so we didn't have to change our food truck catering last minute. They worked with us so the grooms room could serve as the daycare area during wedding and even let my old dog hang out in the bridal suite through the day.

The Pearl also has a great vendor list! I chose my florist, coordinator, baker, dj and photographer at one of their open houses and am ecstatic with how 4/5 of them performed!

Oh and Connie and Barry were generous enough to Ok a baptism before our rehearsal. We'll be taking bride / groom portraits at a later date and would love for them to be done here, that's how lovely the space is.

As a wedding Videographer, I work at many different wedding venues. The Pearl at Sabine Creek is very elegant. The bridal suite is very bright, spacious and comforting. Connie and Barry are truly "concierge" venue owners who go out of their way to not only give 5-star service to the couple who booked them, but to the vendors as well! I felt like a princess with everything they helped with to make sure everything went smoothly - it was a dream! Their hospitality was off the charts, and I can't wait to work there again! They truly love what they do, and it shows!!

We had the most perfect wedding day out at The Pearl on October 14th! The owners Connie and Barry were more than helpful throughout the wedding process and the day of. The venue is beyond stunning, especially the chapel. I couldn't have imagined anything better and I am grateful for The Pearl and the special place it will always be to our marriage.

This was the only venue that my husband and I toured. Connie and Barry are amazing and the venue is beautiful so our decision to get married here was actually really simple. Connie and Barry were always accessible to answer any questions we had and they go above and beyond to make your day extra special. Angel was also SO helpful the day of my wedding. She was always there to fluff my dress, hold my bouquet, get me a drink, basically anything you can think of! I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married! They made my wedding the best day ever and I wish I could relive it all over again!
