There is nothing but good things to say about this place. Great atmosphere even when they just open for the day. The food was wonderful and fast to the table. Also probably one of the best oysters I’ve had. 10/10

Best meal we’ve had this trip!!

My wife and I left the kids at the beach house and rolled over to St. Andrews.

We were quickly seated close to 5pm. We barely beat the crowd!!

We started with the crab cakes. Served with diced tomatoes and remoulade sauce. Delicious!! Tasted like granny herself fried these bad boys in the skillet!! The remoulade sauce was perfect!!

I had the blackened red snapper with grits and sautéed veggies. Squash and zucchini. Fish was perfectly done! I topped it with a layer of the sauce.

My wife had horseradish crusted mahi served with new potatoes and sautéed veggies. The taters were drenched in butter and completely soft. The fish perfectly cooked and more than flavorful!

Hush puppies were a little sweet and perfectly fried.

We had lunch here - 1 lb of peel and eat shrimp, shrimp basket with fried okra, and fish basket with fries and Cole slaw. Everything was great, and fast service! This is our go-to spot in PCB.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Captain's Table restaurant with some friends, and it was a delightful experience. I decided to try the half and half broiled shrimp and scallops, and it was a fantastic choice. The seafood was cooked to perfection, with the shrimp and scallops being tender and flavorful.

To complement our main dish, I ordered some sides including fried okra, hush puppies, and new potatoes. The fried okra was crispy and addictive. The new potatoes were perfectly seasoned and added a nice touch to the meal.

The atmosphere at Captain's Table was cozy and inviting, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Overall, I highly recommend Captain's Table restaurant for a memorable dining experience.

Captains Table is my favorite seafood restaurant in Bay County. The service is always great. The food is consistently delicious 😋 and the prices are fair for the portion size.

Greeted fairly quickly, sat outside where they turned the fans on, got market price crab legs and raw oysters which were delicious and cheaper than we thought they were going to be. If I would change anything about the experience I would say to have a tap list with prices and maybe we didn’t see it or get one but we were surprised at the price difference between beers once our check came. Other than that it was a great experience!

We waited a while but it’s worth it. While waiting we grabbed a drink at the bar and listed to some live music outside. Once we were sat, we started with some oysters and drinks before ordering our main dishes. I order fried fish (I think grouper), fried okra and grits. All were really good and so was the service. If I come back in town I will definitely come back.

Stopped in Sat. afternoon and ordered the grouper throats dinner. Tried them approx 10yrs ago and loved them. Since then I have tried several other times but it didn't work out. I am sooo glad it did Sat because everything was delicious. I had a great waitress Katie, which made the whole process smooth. She was quick and did I tell you the food was excellent???

Wow and wow. Captains Table was awesome. Heather did a fabulous job serving us. The seafood was fresh and delicious. Grouper, Shrimp and Bay Scallops Along with salad, baked potato and grits. Just like a Seafood Fish House from long ago. PERFECT!! We will be back.

Have been coming here for over a decade and it’s always been in my top 3. As a local this is my favorite spot to get oysters and ice cold beer. The staff is all around is great vibes. Katie definitely stuck out to us and we enjoy anytime we have her as our waitress. 10/10 great place!

We ate there because the first restaurant we tried had a very long wait time and we had 3 children with us. This place did not disappoint. My son-in-law loved the oysters, my husband had the po-boy, my daughter had the crab stuffed red snapper, and I had the crab artichoke dip for my meal. All was delicious! Our server was wonderful. We ended our meal with the bread pudding (our server's suggestion) it was AMAZING! I would highly recommend this place. The food was great as well as the service and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back next year.

- Atmosphere: Bright and clean, lots of cool nautical stuff to look at.
- Service: Courteous friendly staff, professional and prompt.
- Post-Hurricane: Restaurant was beautifully remodeled and updated with modern styles.
- Summary: A wonderful dining experience and not too expensive, about $100 for 4 adults(including beer). A definite must for anyone visiting charming beautiful Panama City!

Everything was great. Food was hot as should be. Brought out in a timely manner. But getting refills was a bit challenging. And by the way. This restaurant takes gratuity out on your total. My 15.00 plate was 3.48 in tip. I always do better then that. Will go again!

This has been a favorite place for years! First time back to the area and the restaurant has been completely renovated. Great food as always crab claws and grouper throats are awesome.

Woah woah woah! This is another excellent restaurant along Beck Ave in Historic St Andrews! Service was prompt and attentive. Love music set a relaxing mood.

This place has delicious seafood. I highly recommend the boom boom popcorn shrimp. The portion sizes are LARGE. You will come away happily stuffed. The hush puppies served with nearly everything added a nice touch and tasted heavenly.

The only negative at Captain’s Table is the dessert. The cheesecake was overcooked giving it an unsavory flavor. Blueberry sauce was surprisingly good, while the strawberry sauce lacked anything special. Thankfully the peanut butter pie made up for the cheesecake’s flaws. Exceptionally rich in flavor. Took three people to eat one slice.

Excellent cocktail selection. Finally somewhere that doesn’t just serve mint or rum drinks.

What more can I say? Stop by the Captain’s table for your next dinner and be glad you did!

We tried this place for the first time when we were in town based on menu and reviews and we were not disappointed! The service was great and the food was awesome! Grilled and fried shrimp, fried fish and deviled crab, and some of the best hushpuppies I've had! The calamari wasn't my favorite but everything else our table ordered was delicious! Our waitress was awesome too. We will definitely be back next time we're in town!

Awesome place to eat in the St Andrews area of Panama City! Ate here before a baseball game at the college and loved it! I had a grouper sandwich that was very good but the boom boom shrimp
were amazing.

We're vacationing at PCB, staying on Front Beach Road. It's worth the drive into PC to eat at The Captain's Table!! We drove 3/4 nights to eat there!!!! Pass up all those places on the beach and make the drive....you will be glad that you did!!😊 My dad celebrated his 84th birthday and was treated to a HUGE slice of peanut butter pie along with a "Happy Birthday" from the staff! I have a picture but there's no way to share it! Thanks again for everything!!!!!!
